Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer you Island Breeze. This welcoming island property was originally built in 1929 and completely renovated in 1996. Enjoy the character and charm of a traditional beach home under the palms in a quiet in-demand neighborhood. With all the modern amenities, Island Breeze is great for families, golf getaways or girls' trips.

The great room is a fabulous open living/dining/kitchen space with a table seating 8-10 and a breakfast bar seating 4. Island Breeze also features a large rear deck with outdoor dining tables that seat 8 along with Adirondack chairs. The front screened porch with porch swing and rocking chairs is the perfect spot to relax. All rooms have warm bead board ceilings and overhead fans.

The great room has a TV, VCR/DVD, Wi-Fi (high speed internet) and Fire stick with Sling TV and additional streaming options. This large space opens through French doors to the rear deck. A full-sized stack washer/dryer and an outdoor gas grill are available for your use. There is a double security door tucked away that joins with “Lesser Breeze”.

This property is located a short walk from the ocean, and 1 mile to the pier and Village. It’s a quick walk to popular St. Simons restaurants such as The Crab Trap, Barrier Island, Echo, Crab Daddy’s, Fiddler’s, and King & Prince. Parking is available for up to four cars—two can be parked under the house out of the weather.

St. Simons Island is a special place every season of the year. We are happy to share Island Breeze with you!

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There is 1 TV located in this property.
• Linens (bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towels and trash bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

NOTE: There are exterior cameras on the back of the home.
NOTE: The fireplace is decorative only. Please do not attempt to use.
NOTE: There is an Amazon Fire stick attached to the TV. Instructions for using the provided app SlingTV are provided.
