Located just 3/10 of a mile from the pier village area and just under a mile to the beach, this location is absolutely perfect! Just steps to restaurants, shops, night life, oceanfront park, the pier, lighthouse and many other nearby sights as well as a short ride to the beaches of St Simons Island.

When you are ready for some down time after your island adventures, a gated, luxurious 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home with a heated pool and hot tub (for an additional charge). Once inside you will be greeted with an open floor plan with a modern and fully-stocked kitchen, dining table that seats 8 and kitchen bar that seats 2. Ample room in the living room plenty of seating for watching the big game on the wall-mounted smart TV.

Just off the living room and kitchen, you will find a powder room on your walk down the hall that leads to the back porch and fabulous back yard featuring a salt water pool and hot tub. In addition, there is a master-on-main with king bedding, en suite bath, smart tv and a private back door that directs you straight to the pool.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The first is a master on the second level with king bedding and en suite bath. The last two bedrooms share a hallway bath with one bedroom sporting a queen sized bed and the other with a set of twin beds.

This property is equipped with exterior security cameras.

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
