Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer "Island Time". The home has two levels and is less than a quarter mile from St. Simons Island’s best beaches, as well as the Old Coast Guard Station.
Island Time's spacious, open floor plan is the ideal place for a large group or family to relax and enjoy some R&R. The Great Room has a vaulted-ceiling, a 40" TV with DVD player and a flat screen. The well-equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area, with seating for six people, are located to the left of the Great Room. On the main floor, you will also find the Master Bedroom with a King-sized bed, a large sitting area, and an en-suite with a walk-in-shower, a spa tub and double vanities.
The generous screened porch, located off the great room, has plenty of seating and leg room for your guests. One bedroom has a Queen bed, another has a daybed with trundle, and the last one has twin beds.
Island Time, located at 107 Demere Retreat Lane is a island favorite!
