This brand new 2122 SF home located on Frederica Road will be the perfect vacation spot for you and your family! This is a truly amazing property.
You will only be 2 miles from the nearest beach and 2 miles from the Pier and Village. You can walk to Redfern Village, as well as nearby shops and restaurants. Rent some bikes and explore the entire island. Enjoy the new construction, which has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The master suites are located on both the main living level and the second level.
This house makes the most of its space with an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The sun-room is located off the dining room and leads to an outdoor pool area with a fenced-in entertainment area. The first floor has the main master bedroom, with an en suite bathroom. There is also a laundry room and a half-bath.
The bedrooms upstairs are a Queen, a twin set, and a 2nd Master with a Queen bed. Two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor.
The outdoor area includes a sectional couch, lounge chairs and tables, as well as a cooking griddle with two burner eyes, a large propane barbecue and a cooking griddle. You'll love your own cabana!
This place can comfortably sleep 10. Bring your large family or two families to vacation here.

The house and location was perfect. Loved sitting on the swing on the front porch. The house was perfect for our stay with our adult children and their spouses. Only recommendation is that the white cover on the sofa needs to be cleaned but overall the house was perfect and will definitely plan to return.

We loved this house! It had all of the amenities we needed and was extremely comfortable (which you don't always find with short term rentals). You could also tell great care was given to decorating this house. The beach towels were a plus!
