Property Description

Enjoy complete seclusion at our beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in established St. Clair on Saint Simons Island. You'll understand why we call this home "Privacy Please" when you arrive. You will feel as if you are in your own world once you begin to drive down the private driveway. You are completely private from the street or neighbors.
You are welcomed by a spacious, open living room that is super-comfortable. The Smart TV in the living area is an excellent choice. The living space extends into the kitchen and dining area! There is plenty of seating for a large family gathering at the dining room table. There are bar stools available for breakfast or quick bites. You will find the cocktail bar just off the well-stocked, spacious kitchen. Enjoy your cocktails on the large screened-in porch, complete with a table and chairs.
Two bedrooms are also located on the main level. The first bedroom has a King-size bed, a TV equipped with a Firestick, and an Xfinity App. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed. The hall has a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a door that leads to the pool and back yard. The laundry room, with access to the outside, is also located in the main living area.
The second floor of the house also has two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a King-size bed, a TV with a Firestick, and the Xfinity App. A private office area is located just off the king-sized bedroom. It includes an extra monitor for those who work remotely, and a large closet. The second bedroom upstairs has two twin beds that can be converted to four twin beds. This is a great room for the whole family! The second level also has a bathroom shared between the two bedrooms. It features a walk-in shower and a double vanity.
The magic continues outside. Enjoy your very own private pool during the long summer days. The hot and cold outdoor shower is a great feature if you start your day at the beach, then move to the pool. As the nights cool, relax with your family around the firepit or enjoy outdoor cooking using the gas grill. You can also enjoy a cornhole game! We have a Bluetooth Speaker (which must be kept under a porch or indoors).
There are a variety of books and puzzles to enjoy on those rainy days!
The pool can also be heated or cooled at an additional cost of $400.
