Property Description
Welcome to Kirkland Cottage! Located in a townhouse complex that is only a few years old. Just steps to the St Simons Boating Club Marina and adjacent to Gascoigne Bluff green space area. Gascoigne Bluff has 18 hole Frisbee course, a fishing pier and acres to walk among the huge Live Oak trees. On the other side of the complex is the Epworth Methodist Center where you can tour former slave cabins. This an easy off the island location for those who need to travel off the island frequently.
Kirkland Cottage is setup as executive style accommodation. Nothing to apologize for in this unit. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. All bedrooms are upstairs. Master has a king bed with en-suite bath and the other two bedroom are equipped with queens that share a hallway bath. The entire unit is tastefully decorated and furnished.
Living, Dining, Kitchen and half bath are downstairs. There is a screened in back porch off the living room when you need a little outdoor time. Comes with fully stocked kitchen suitable for any entertaining you may need to do.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• One dog permitted with a $100 non refundable pet fee.

The property had been newly refurbished so much of it was new. Convenient location in fairly close proximity to shops and beaches. Ample parking, good bedrooms and bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen.
