Property Description

Welcome to Island Living at Shadow Brooke, Building 136, Unit 200. This beautiful unit doesn't even need a description - the pictures tell the whole story! Great location off of Demere Road and approximately 2 miles to the best beach access points or the St Simons Lighthouse, Pier and south village area.

This unit is nicely decorated and furnished like it was professionally done. The main living area features an open living and dining shared space - roomy, comfortable and tastefully tied together. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is plenty of seating room in the den. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and jetted garden tub. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed. The second bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and has a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy the late afternoons and stay bug-free by sitting on the screened deck off the living area, furnished with a full size sofa and easy chairs. You also have access to the community pool with waterfalls and marsh views. Guests have access to the grill in the storage closet and the single garage for this unit.

You won't regret this choice as you make this your St Simons Island home away from home.
