You will definitely love the den area with abundant room to curl up and watch TV or read a book! Just outside the den is a wonderful patio area with a gas fire pit and nice gas grill - perfect for a cookout.

The Master bedroom has a King bed, large65 "TV, and large en-suite bathroom with dual vanity sinks, separate bathtub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a 42" TV and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a queen bed and 42" TV. There is an additional full bath upstairs.

506 Reserve has a single garage with a long driveway for an additional vehicle. This is a great property in a wonderful location close to grocery stores, shopping and the beach!
