Casa Caribe! When you think of the Caribbean, you think of tranquil blue green waters and a fun vibe. That's the feel when you walk into Casa Caribe, both inside and out. This wonderful four bedroom, four bath home is perfect for couples traveling together or a quiet family getaway. This vacation rental property was previously known as "Sea Biscuit Cottage".The Conch Main House:Enter the home into the great room and kitchen. Cathedral, pine wood ceilings and high windows across the room bring lots of light into the room. Sliding glass doors open to the outdoor lounge and pool area. The living area has an aqua colored sofa with four comfy chairs to relax in and catch something on one of the five televisions on the property. You probably didn't come to Key West to cook while on vacation, but if you want to there is a perfectly appointed kitchen with wood tone cabinets and granite counters.Step down the hall and you will find two bedrooms and two baths, each with step-in shower. Both bedrooms feature Cuban tile floors that speak to the history of the home. The front main bedroom, has access to the original front porch that is perfect for people watching.Out back, you will find the covered outdoor sitting are with sectional sofa and the awning covered dining table to enjoy being outside all times of the year. A gas barbeque is provided for your grilling pleasure. The pool is heated during the cooler season for your enjoyment.The Cottage:Directly off the pool is the cottage and its first-floor guest suite. French doors open to the bedroom suite with king bed, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. Stairs from just outside the gates provide access to the second floor bedroom suite. A king bed, separate sitting area with television and full bath provide the perfect getaway. Dine outside or lounge on the patio under the palm trees to enjoy this tropical getaway. The home is steps from the quieter, upper Duval neighborhood and the Southernmost Point. Easy walking distance to lower Duval Street, while still having wonderful restaurants and conveniences close by.The laundry area is located under the stairs on the outside of the cottage and accessible to the conch house and the cottage.Bedding: 3 kings, 1 queenMax occupancy (including children) is 8There is one, smaller off-street parking space.Please note that all vacation rentals with four or more bedrooms have a 4pm check in time.

Located in a fantastic central location. Four separate rooms with their own bathrooms is ideal for adult groups to have a little privacy. The house was clean. My only request would be to supply some higher quality pots and pans for the guests. We like to cook and were disappointed in the quality of cookware for this level of rental. Perfect Key West Hideaway, yet so close to everything! by christine c.
We had a relaxing family vacation at this beautiful and very well maintained home! Plenty of room for our group 6 (Grandma, parents & adult kids) to have space & for us to entertain 2 other couples (who were staying elsewhere) for drinks & dinner. Nice to have the inside and outside space to socialize, as well as your own pool! There were beach towels at the house for us to use. House was super clean and decorated beautifully. With a full kitchen it was easy to have some meals & cold drinks at home. The convenient washers and dryers are under the steps of the 2 story building, which made it easy to wash towels & rinse out our suits too. We found the beds and AC very comfortable. Entrance is on the side of the main house, with a locking gate attached from the front building to the 2 story side building. Outside steps led up to the one bedroom, which has a nice porch and a sturdy lock to get into the sitting area/bedroom/bath. You access the bottom bedroom of the 2 story building either through the gate or through the main house, out the sliders, onto the pool area and there is another lock coded door to access that bedroom/bath area, which also has a small fridge and a kitchenette area. The 2 front bedrooms of the house do get more street noise, as you are one property in from Duval Street. Easy to walk to many attractions (Southern most point, Butterfly Conservatory, Hemmingway's House) or restaurants. We kept our rental car for our 10 day stay, which made it great to have our own parking spot. If you do have a car there is a great parking garage next to Opal Key Resort, that puts you close to Mallory Square & Upper Duval Street! When we arrived, I didn't read all the directions provided and had to call the management company to ask a question. They were lovely and answered all my questions and told me not to hesitate to call back.We visited the Dry Tortugas National Park, which we highly recommend. We loved our time at this property! Great place to stay by Recent Guest
We were a group of 3 couples and one single friend. The property was perfect to give each other space. I would highly recommend it for groups traveling together. The house was very clean and has a great pool. The location was perfect. Restaurants, bars, shopping, and sights were very close by. Highly recommend this property. We could not have asked for a better house than Casa Caribe!!! The location was ideal and the house was more than we expected. The pool was even great! They had every thing we needed in the house! We will definitely recommend this house to our friends!!!

We booked this home during the start of COVID and was thrilled to have finally gotten to get away. There were 8 of us and it was perfect. Clean clean clean, very spacious, excellent communication from start to finish. Would definitely book again. Loved the home

I rate the property very highly but I recommend to cleans the outdoor rug and deck and the inside living room furniture is worn for the price of the rental overall the rental is lovely but needs a few upgrades

this was a great loacation being a half block off of Duvall Street. It was great that every bedroom has a bathroom. The rental is smaller than the photos make it appear but you are not inside that much anyway! You didn't come to Key West to sit inside the rental! Some of our guests said their mattresses were hard.
