Guests have full access to everything in the townhouse and throughout the complex during their stay. This includes all indoor and outdoor areas, as well as your private BBQ grill on the patio.The gas grill is always ready to goyoull never run out of propaneso feel free to bring your favorite steaks, burgers, or veggies to enjoy a relaxing meal after a day on the slopes or trails. We just kindly ask that you clean the grill after using it to keep things fresh for the next guest.Enjoy the space like its your own!

Transit

Walk to the liftand in the winter Big Bear Mountain Resort offers free shuttle service between Snow Summit (condo) and Bear Mountain every 30 minutes on select dates throughout the season. If you want to ski at Bear Mtn leave your car at the condo and take the free 10-Minute shuttle ride between Bear Mountain and Snow Summit. Uber, Lyft and taxi service is available, but Snow Summit mountain is right next door.

Walk to the slopes!This two bedroom two bath newly renovated townhome is nestled on the base of Snow Summit mountain. This is where mountain biking is allowed in the summer and during the winter it's a skier's paradise. No need to pile into the car and head to the slopes it's right out your front door! Guests have access to everything in the condo. All up-to-date appliances and a fully stocked kitchen with all of the items you will need to cook and clean. There is a keurig machine, coffee maker, toaster, microwave in the kitchen. Alexa Enabled smart home, Easy to get in with specialized door code, listen to music on Alexa and control the heat using the following commands:Alexa set house to 68 degreesI will send out a code for you to get in the house (please checkin upon arrival at the front office, they will give you your two parking passes).Highspeed internet 300gb download 29gb uploadIt's at the base of the mountain and walking distance to coffee, and other great stuffTaxi, Uber and Lyft service is available The home phone is complimentary as most cell phones don't get service in Big Bear except AT&T and Verizon. iPhone texting with other iPhones does work though, via the wifi.Max occupancy is 5 guests and you could be kicked out if you are noisy and have more than 5 in the house, the city makes sure that people are not partying.

Best place to park is behind the condo, it's the closest.Access instructions and complete house manual will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Please reply to confirm once you receive it.BBQ grill: Grill must be cleaned by guests if they want to use it. The cleaning crew does NOT clean the grill so be prepared to clean it if you want to use it (cleaning brush is provided). Also there is no way to run out of gas. There is a propane valve at the back of the grill you just need to turn on in order to get the propane to flow. Its a safety valve so no one accidentally leaves the gas on.Hot Tub: after use please be sure the cover is properly put back on the jacuzzi. Please check the temperature of the water in the hot tub before use. Maximum safe water temperature should be established by a medical practitioner, not to exceed 104 degrees Fahrenheit.Do not use or allow the hot tub to be used alone.Minors under the age of 18 shall not utilize the hot tub unsupervised. Unsupervised use by children is strictly prohibited. Never leave children unattended in the vicinity of the hot tub.Do not add anything to the water including foaming bubbles, chemicals, soaps, bath oils, etc. If these items are used in the hot tubs, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed.Absolutely no candles (floating or any type) are allowed on or in the hot tub.Absolutely no shoes are to be worn in the hot tub.Absolutely no pets are allowed in hot tub.Absolutely no electrical appliances should be used in or near the hot tub.Surrounding patio/deck may be slippery and dangerous when wet.Persons who have high blood pressure, skin sensitivities, or who might be pregnant are strongly urged not to use a hot tub. If in doubt, please consult with a physician prior to using the hot tub.Observe reasonable time limits to avoid nausea, dizziness and fainting. Should you experience any of these symptoms, carefully exit the hot tub immediately.Lessee agrees to leave the hot tub in the same condition it was received.Lessee agrees to fully reimburse and indemnify Lessor for damage caused to the hot tub during lease term, including damage caused by any person, including invited or uninvited guests, pets, animals, and children.Lessee understands there will be no reduction in rental fees if the hot tub is unused or unavailable during the term of Lessee's rental period.Please do not turn off or unplug the hot tub.The hot tub is serviced and chemically treated weekly and drained monthly.It is recommended that no jewelry is worn in the hot tub due to chemicals used. The chemicals in hot tubs can also affect color-treated hair and damage swimsuits.The hot tub shall be covered when not in use, especially if there are any children in the vicinity. Hot tub covers are easily damaged. Lessee agrees to inspect the hot tub cover for any damage upon arrival and advise Lessor of any problems.We have installed 2 cameras that are used for safety and are located OUTSIDE ONLY at the premises. One is at the door and the other is outside on the patio.
