Tropic Breezes 8 is located on the first floor poolside. The condo has been updated with new living space furniture, a flat-screen television, king size bed, new paint and bedroom tiles. Free WiFi is included in the condo! The condo is located right across the street of the Public beach access. It is also within walking distance to a variety local restaurants and shops. The large heated pool is protected from the street by privacy fencing. Lounge chairs are available for tanning, and there is a tiki-hut for shade relaxation. You can use the Shuffleboard and BBQ Grill on-site. There is also a coin-operated laundromat. Please note that this unit can only be parked in one vehicle. It has 2.5 miles of beautiful beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico water. Legend has it that John LeVique, a pirate, was the first European to settle Madeira Beach. It is most well-known for its 1,100-foot boardwalk that runs along the Intracoastal, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. Johnas Pass is home to a variety of shops and restaurants set in an old-fashioned fishing village setting. You can watch pelicans diving for fish, see dolphins play, shop until you're satisfied, or just relax and enjoy the delicious food and drink. You can fish, but you can also rent a boat, go on a pirate cruise, or take a sunset dolphin cruise. There are many restaurants, bars, shops and public beaches within the city limits. Madeira Beach offers endless opportunities for memories and activities!
