Tropic Breeze 7 has a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment on the first floor. It offers a view of the pool. The condo features two double beds, an LCD TV, a walk in shower, and cable TV. The unit comes with a new sofa, chair and complimentary WiFi. Please note: Saturday arrival required during peak season.

The condo is located right across the street of the Public beach access. It is also within walking distance to a variety local restaurants and shops. The large heated pool is enclosed from the street by privacy fencing. You can relax in the shade or lounge on the tiki hut.

You can use the BBQ Grill and Shuffleboard, as well as the coin-operated laundromat. Please note that this unit can only be parked in one vehicle. Additional parking is available in the area. For more information, please contact us.

Madeira Beach is just west of St. Petersburg. It has 2.5 miles of beautiful beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico water. Legend has it that John LeVique, a pirate, was the first European to settle Madeira Beach. It is most well-known for its 1,100-foot boardwalk that runs along the Intracoastal, John's Pass Village Boardwalk.

Johnas Pass is home to a variety of shops and restaurants set in an old-fashioned fishing village setting. You can watch pelicans diving for fish, see dolphins play, shop until you're satisfied, or just relax and enjoy the delicious food and drink. You can fish, but you can also rent a boat, go on a pirate cruise, or take a sunset dolphin cruise. There are many restaurants, bars, shops and public beaches within the city limits. Madeira Beach offers endless opportunities for memories and activities!
