Indian Rocks Beach is family-friendly. You'll feel right at home when you walk into the living room of this beautiful condo. You will be surrounded with the sounds and sights of the Gulf of Mexico, whether you are outside or inside. The condo is unique in that every room has a view of water because of its 4-unit location. Note: Saturday arrival is required for a minimum of one week. With 1600 square feet of space, there's plenty of room to spread out. The fully-equipped kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to make anything, from morning coffee and toast to a delicious dinner. The dining area can seat 11 comfortably, with 6 at the table and 5 at the breakfast bar. The large balcony can accommodate an additional table for 4, as well as 2 chaise lounges. It is ideal for evening meals at sunset. You can take a break from the hassle of meal preparation by visiting one of the many great local restaurants located within walking distance. Start your beach vacation with a welcome pack of coffee and teas. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed and linens. It also features a walk-in closet and an en suite bath with separate water closet and twin vanities. The master bathroom also includes a magnifying make-up mirror and a hairdryer. The second bedroom sleeps four (the bottom has a Queen bed, and the two upper bunks are twin bunks), while third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with an deluxe mattress. The living room, three bedrooms and the basement all have cable television. The spiral staircase leads to the heated pool. Access is via the balcony door. You'll find yourself on the beach as soon as you walk past the pool. All you need are beach towels, beach chairs, and sand toys. Play Station 2 and a variety family-friendly video games, books and movies offer a different entertainment option to the beach. This home-away from-home also offers wireless internet access and an in unit washer and dryer. According to legend, Florida's Indian Rocks Beach community got its name from an Indian medicine man who miraculously healed his chief using the waters of a natural sulfur spring located in Kolb Park. Early settlers would have said, "The Indians will be on their way towards the rocks" when they saw the Indians. Indian Rocks Beach is just a short drive from Tampa and St. Petersburg. It offers almost three miles of beautiful beaches that stretch along the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. Indian Rocks Beach is a popular destination for tourists from all over the globe. They are known for their beautiful beaches and stunning sunsets. There are 27 beach access points along Gulf Boulevard. Many popular restaurants, such as Guppyas on the Beach and Keeganas Seafood and Guppyas on the Beach are also within walking distance.
