The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the living room includes a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Enjoy central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing everything from morning coffee to dinner after a day at the beach.

One of the best features of Sunset Cove is its location. Simply walk across the street and follow the beach access to the soft white sand and warm Gulf waters of Sunset Beach. Spend your days swimming, shelling, sunbathing, or walking the shoreline, then return in the evening for one of Treasure Island's famous Gulf Coast sunsets.

Back at the community, enjoy the outdoor swimming pool (not heated), spacious sun deck, and tiki-shaded seating. On the Intracoastal side of the property, you'll find a waterfront dock, picnic tables, and an outdoor grilling area — a great place to relax by the water after a day in the sun. The condo also includes an assigned parking space.
