• Please note this is a hotel-style condo with no kitchen (we have a mini-fridge, Keurig, and microwave). If you require a full kitchen, please see our other listings.
• We may have some flexibility around our standard check-in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our property features smart locks for convenient, contactless check-in. Your smart lock code will appear in your Boarding Pass two hours before check-in.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• For your safety & ours, we have a camera in the entryway to the condo. This is not in any of the living areas.
• We do not allow pets in this condo. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The outdoor pool is available from 8 AM to 8 PM during the summer season, from Memorial Day to mid-September.
• Winter weather conditions can be unpredictable, and we do not offer refunds for weather-related issues. We advise guests to consider travel insurance for unexpected situations. Having all-wheel drive and winter tires is also recommended.
• Important Water Information: The building’s regulated well-water system is regularly tested. Under the current posted notice, bottled water must be used for drinking, cooking, and all other consumption-related purposes; complimentary bottled water is provided in every unit. Tap water may be used for showering, washing, and other non-consumption uses. The notice relates to naturally occurring radium and manganese levels, which are monitored and may change over time.
