The Cabin at Killington: The Entire 8-Bedroom Duplex

Book the entire Cabin at Killington duplex for exclusive access to both four-bedroom sides. With eight bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens, and two living rooms, this setup sleeps up to 20 and works especially well for several families or a large mountain group.

Book with us and save on ski and snowboard rentals through our local partners. Guests also have access to a limited number of discounted Killington lift tickets.

Home features include a wood stove, air conditioning, two decks, a hot tub, grills, and washer and dryer access. The property is on a private road about five minutes from Killington Resort and welcomes up to four dogs.

Notes

• The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You understand use of hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses. You can contact us for a custom quote before booking.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this home.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks to come and go as you please and for contactless check-in and out.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check-in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the outside of the house pointed at the driveway and another camera in the entryway of the house. These cameras record at all times. Cameras are not in any of the living areas.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Up to two dogs are considered. A pet fee applies for each approved pet and will be added to the reservation.
• Please be advised that this property utilizes ladders to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladders.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
