The Cabin at Killington is a beautiful wood-beam home nestled in the Green Mountains of Vermont and the perfect all season destination to ski, snowboard, bike, hike, golf, swim or just relax.

This listing is for the LEFT unit of our duplex home (you may book both units as well) and sleeps up to 10 people on 2 floors with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a living room.

The property includes the following amenities, shared with the other half of the house (i.e., the RIGHT unit):

• Back deck with hot tub and outdoor speakers.
• Front deck with wood table and benches.
• Entryway with washing machine and dryer.

Pets are considered. Features of this cabin include Smart TVs, gigabit internet, Alexa devices and streaming services. You'll have everything you need for your holiday!

Killington Cabin is located just off the main Killington Road. You're 5 minutes to Killington Resort yet secluded from all the activity on our private road, and close to the restaurants, shops and nightlife located on the access road.

• Pico Mountain: 4.7 miles away.

• Hit the slopes for less! Book with us and grab awesome discounts on Killington Resort lift tickets and ski rentals. More skiing, more savings!
• The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You understand use of hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this home.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks to come and go as you please and for contactless check in and out. 
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have a camera in the entryway of the house. Cameras are not in any of the living areas.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm–8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Up to two dogs are considered. A $155 pet fee would apply.
• Please be advised that this property utilizes ladders to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladders.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
