Liquid Lodge: Upper Vacation Rental With Private Hot Tub

A soak on your own deck, dinner around the table and a gas fire waiting in the living room: Liquid Lodge Upper gives your group a place to spend the evening together after Killington. About a five-minute drive from the slopes, this two-level upper duplex sleeps up to 9 in four bedrooms. A second lounge leaves room for anyone who wants a quieter corner, and 1 PM checkout means breakfast does not have to be a rush.

Living, cooking and time together

The main living room has a vaulted ceiling, a gas fireplace and a Smart TV. Gather here for a movie, or move to the separate wood-paneled lounge while someone else chooses what to watch. The full kitchen and dining area let you cook and eat at home between outings. A loft workspace and WiFi are available when you need to check in with work.

Leave skis, snowboards and boots in the mudroom instead of carrying them through the bedrooms. Stacked laundry inside the unit makes it easier to get ready for another day outside.

Sleeping layout and bathrooms

• Main level bedroom: one queen bed.
• Second main level bedroom: one queen bed.
• Upper level bedroom: one queen bed.
• Upper level bunk room: one bunk bed and one additional twin bed.

There are two full bathrooms, one on each level, each with a tub/shower combination. The unit accommodates a maximum of 9 guests. Stairs connect the two levels.

Your private deck

Take dinner outside to the deck, where you have a grill, seating and a private hot tub. The private hot tub is included during peak ski season, from late December through mid March. At other times, an optional $195 setup fee applies.

Privacy and arrival

You are booking the Upper Unit, not the entire duplex. The Lower Unit has its own entrance and may be occupied during your stay. Your bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, deck and hot tub are private to your group; the driveway is shared.

Your Digital Boarding Pass provides arrival instructions, the Upper Unit entrance details, house information and guest contacts. Your smart lock code appears two hours before check-in. Checkout is at 1 PM.

Before you book

• The primary renter must be at least 25, and a rental agreement must be e-signed before arrival.
• No pets, parties or events.
• Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect neighbors and guests in the Lower Unit.
• No smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the deck.
• Shower before using the hot tub and secure its cover after each use.
