• Main Floor Bedroom 2: Two bunk beds with a private full bathroom.
• Half Bathroom: Located on the main level for convenience.

Additional Details

• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check-in and check out times depending on other bookings and holiday periods. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check-in. Your smart lock code will appear in your Boarding Pass two hours before check-in.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• For your safety and ours, we have a doorbell camera at the entryway to the condo.
• Up to one small dog is allowed with payment of the pet fee.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The Woods Amenity Center at the condo complex is a short distance away and features an indoor pool, sauna, two hot tubs, gym and spa. Hours vary by season.
• Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladder.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
