When the Sunrise Village Triple Lift and Sun Dog trail are open, you can walk from the building to the trail and ski directly into Killington Resort’s network of runs. After a day outside, come back to a real fire, a sectional sofa, and a simple, well-equipped kitchen. Sunrise Sports Center adds indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a gym, and seasonal dining, so there is plenty to do on non-ski days too.

Upper level

The upper level feels like a retreat from the main space. A lofted hallway overlooks the living room, giving the condo more of a townhouse feel than a flat. Ski access at Sunrise Mountain Village

When the Sunrise lift or trail are not open because of weather or early and late season conditions, the condo is not ski in / ski out and you simply drive to the main base areas. Sunrise Sports Center access

Good to know

Ski in / ski out access depends on Sunrise lift and Sunrise trail being open and on natural snow conditions. There is no air conditioning. Cell service at Sunrise Mountain Village can be spotty, so it is important to save access codes, WiFi details, and directions before you arrive. This is a quiet mountainside community with established quiet hours, so the condo suits relaxed groups more than loud late-night parties.
