Open the balcony door and Pico Mountain is right there. This third-floor condo in Building D at Village Square keeps you close to Pico, with Killington Resort about a 10-minute drive away.

The 700-square-foot condo sleeps four. The private bedroom has a queen bed and opens directly onto the balcony. A sofa bed in the living room sleeps two more guests. After a day outside, settle in by the fireplace, watch TV, or take in the mountain view from the balcony. The full bathroom has a combined tub and shower.

The kitchen opens to the living area, so meals still feel social. It has a breakfast bar, refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and air fryer. WiFi and ski storage handle the practical side of a mountain stay. Onsite EV charging is available, and guests may purchase day passes for the Pico Sports Center gym and pool in the same complex.

• Pico Mountain's operating schedule varies during the season. Check current lift and trail hours before arrival.
• Killington Resort is about 10 minutes away by car. Seasonal bus service may also be available.
• Standard check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be available for an added charge when the booking calendar allows.
• Contactless entry instructions and the smart-lock code appear in the Boarding Pass before check-in.
• The property is non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking and vaping are permitted only outdoors, at least 75 feet from the building.
• Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM. The home may use privacy-compliant noise monitoring that measures volume levels but does not record conversations.
• The condo complex has cameras in common areas and hallways. There are no cameras inside the home.
• Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets are subject to a $750 charge.
• The primary renter must be at least 25 and must sign the rental agreement.
• Winter driving can be demanding. Travel insurance, all-wheel drive, and winter tires are recommended.

The Village Square at Pico Condo Association is a family-oriented community primarily used by owners and committed to the peaceful, safe and quiet enjoyment of their residences. While the Association allows rentals and encourages guests to enjoy their visit, they have implemented certain rules related to the use and enjoyment of the units. These rules allow the Association to issue fines and take other actions particularly as it relates to the enforcement of the minimum age requirement of 25, "Quiet Hours" from 9 PM until 8 AM and their no pet policy. The Association will try to resolve issues through the owner or rental agency in the first instance but reserves the right to take action in real time as circumstances require. In short, please respect your neighbors while you are a guest in these condos.
