Ski out to Pico, then come home to the sectional beside the wood-burning fireplace. The condo has ski-in/ski-out access to Pico Mountain and a shuttle to Killington for a change of terrain. At Pico Fireside, the open kitchen keeps the cook part of the conversation, and the dining table sits beside the windows. This three-bedroom condo at Pico Mountain Resort sleeps eight, with two queen bedrooms and a bunk room for four.

Take your morning coffee onto the covered private balcony and look across the resort grounds toward the wooded hillside. One of the queen bedrooms opens directly onto it.

The condo is on the second floor and is reached by stairs. Entry is by smart lock; your Boarding Pass contains the arrival instructions.

Sleep under one roof

• Bedroom 1: one queen bed, with direct access to the walk-in shower bathroom
• Bedroom 2: one queen bed, with a sliding door to the private balcony
• Bedroom 3: two bunk beds, with four sleeping spots
• Two full bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and one with a tub/shower combination

The queen rooms give couples separate places to turn in, while two sets of bunk beds share the third bedroom. A dresser and cubbies hold clothes and bags. The walk-in shower has a built-in seat; the second bathroom has a tub for guests who prefer a bath. Both bathrooms have a vanity and toilet.

Make yourself at home

Pull up one of the three counter stools for breakfast while the rest of the group gets ready. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, with cookware and dishes for meals at home.

Entryway hooks and a gear rack give jackets and equipment a place away from the living room. WiFi, linens and towels are included, and a washer and dryer are inside the condo. Parking is available in the shared condominium lot.

A stay at Pico

The condo is at Pico Mountain Resort in Killington, Vermont. Ski-in/ski-out access connects you to Pico, with shuttle service to Killington. A car is useful for local restaurants and hiking destinations. Ski access depends on snow conditions and mountain operations. Check the current shuttle schedule and pickup details before making plans.

Pico Sports Center is just across the parking lot, a short walk from the condo for a workout or swim. Gym and pool access requires a separate day pass and is subject to current operating hours and availability; it is not included with the condo.

Before you book

Pico HOA Rules

The Village Square at Pico Condo Association is a family-oriented community primarily used by owners and committed to the peaceful, safe and quiet enjoyment of their residences. While the Association allows rentals and encourages guests to enjoy their visit, they have implemented certain rules related to the use and enjoyment of the units. These rules allow the Association to issue fines and take other actions particularly as it relates to the enforcement of the minimum age requirement of 25, "Quiet Hours" from 9 PM until 8 AM and their no pet policy. The Association will try to resolve issues through the owner or rental agency in the first instance but reserves the right to take action in real time as circumstances require. In short, please respect your neighbors while you are a guest in these condos.
