This 3 bedroom (ALL KINGS) with sleeping loft 3 level cabin is not lakefront but is located right above Dollywood. The over $200,000 Remodel was completed on November 22nd, 2019. We will allow 6 adults and up to 4 children. Up to 8 adults will be allowed on a case by case basis. No Pets and No Smoking is allowed.

All About The Smokies is truly that, all about the Smokies. It is located in a highly desired area of the Great Smoky Mountain region being just minutes from action packed Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Each room is themed with area art featuring locations that you can actually visit while here.

When you arrive, you will first see our newly constructed Timber Frame porch with flickering faux gas lamps at night while watching the twinkling lights of the Tennessee Valley for miles and miles. This porch offers a long range view including Bluff Mountain and even the Dollywood Traffic light while listening to the Dollywood train whistle. You can walk two houses down the quiet dead end street and watch the nightly summer Fireworks at Dollywood.

When you walk in from the large street level 3 car parking area that offers no steps via a hardscape walkway, you will be met with Barnwood LVP Floors, Tongue and Groove cabin walls and ceilings, stone gas fireplace with Hickory and Granite Kitchen and Bathrooms throughout. The living area depicts Farm Life in the Smoky Mountains featuring several from our area that you can visit.

There are two master suites with King Beds on either side of the main level (no stairs) called The Mill and The Covered Bridge Rooms. Each have full bath. Featured in these bedrooms are the Cable Mill in Cades Cove and 2 covered bridges in our area, Harrisburg and Emert’s Cove. Each have deck access with Log Furniture to sit privately day or night.

Off the main living room is a sleeping loft, called The Bear Den, that kids will be fighting over. With Bear Art, Bear Lamps and a super thick and comfy Bear Covered Futon, this will make a perfect loft for children older than 6-8 in your party and less than 6 feet in height. The Ceiling height is about 6 feet max so watch your head while you reminisce about being in your Grandma’s Attic.

Moving down to the Game Room where the 3rd KING bedroom and 3rd bath are located. This room will give you ideas on how to play outside too. Pictures of all the best places to go in the Smoky Mountains will be found here along with a map of the area. You will find a coveted regulation slate pool table that has been newly reconditioned with felt and rubber walls. Serious players will enjoy this highly sought after pool table. Also located in the game room are two arcade games with multiple games. Too tired to play? There is a 55 inch flat screen (one of 5 Smart TV’s in the home so bring all your streaming accounts and devices since Cable is in the Living Room and Game Rooms Only) Two leather reclining futon sofas with ottomans providing comfortable viewing and act as additional sleeping. There is also a soap stone gas fireplace to enjoy during cool weather months.

Around the corner you will find a COFFEE BAR equipped with both regular and pod coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster and microwave. Also, the 3rd Full Bath is here as well. With all this, the people staying in the Waterfall Room, our 3rd King bedroom, may decide to just stay downstairs. This area exits onto a massive concrete covered deck with Hot Tub, Bar Seating for 4, Outdoor Dining Table for 6 and Outdoor Propane Fire-Pit with 5 chairs (Includes exchangeable propane tank since Fire-Pit Gas is your responsibility when ADULTS ONLY use this feature). The fire pit is for your viewing enjoyment only and needs to be used responsibly. No cooking or roasting is allowed. Damage to the unit can result in a replacement fee to our guest.

With the remodel, completed in November of 2019, almost everything in this home is brand new right down to the silverware. The only thing the owners did not replace is the 3 bath tubs. This home has had a cottage to cabin transformation that will be sure to offer you just what you are looking for in a cabin in the mountains.

Remember, this home is only 3.5 miles from the middle of Pigeon Forge. Yet, it is located on a VERY LARGE wooded lot on a quiet dead end street with lots of privacy and views that vary from long range to ridge line on the 3 decks with over 150 feet of covered outdoor living. Yes, that’s right...this home has 3 covered outdoor areas. Your party can spread out and enjoy the outdoors rain or shine when you are not “All About the Smokies” having a wonderful vacation!
