Private Pool - Spacious - 1/2 block to Beach

Eclectic, older & "beach-ey" row 2 level townhome 1 block to the beach with private pool. Fully equipped kitchen, large living room, & space to spread out.

Private clean pool . This townhome sleeps alot

Three full bedrooms. Upstairs master bedroom has queen bed. 2nd bedroom upstairs has 2 single beds. Third bedroom downstairs is converted garage in very large with 2 queen beds. Up to 10 people allowed. Great deal!

Space

This is an older town home with very hard to find 100% private pool for your use. Lowest cost private pool , but this home does have its flaws and is not remodeled. Great deal on price though!

Downstairs in the spare bedroom are 2 double sized beds along with the kitchen, tables, 2 couches, and flat screen TV. One couch folds down into a small bed.

This living area opens up nicely to a patio to the private pool area that does provide some shade as you exit the home. The ground floor is all tile and there is one full bath down.

Upstairs, the second spare bedroom has 2 single beds, and the Master Bedroom features a king bed with private en suite full bathroom.

A very easy walk to the beach is assured.

Parking space for 2 cars off street. BBQ by the pool is ok, While there is an older BBQ grill provided, we do not provide LP gas please bring a tank if you plan to use you may bring your small charcoal grill. (we dont provide)

The house still has a cool, beach vibe. The pool is 3 feet to 5 feet deep.

This space can be described as dated inside & not luxurious. The pool is great, as is location. Interior decor is dated. We just wish to fully disclose these facts so you and your family are aware prior to booking

Please note, this is not a party house, and unregistered guests , as well as any noise complaints will result in eviction.

Hosting/throwing of parties and get togethers is prohibited at this house. MAX 2 cars on property in driveway DO NOT park on shoulder of road or you will be towed ($315 to get car out) a golf cart is considered a car, FYI.

South Padre Short Term Rental Permit avail upon request

Up to 2 dogs or birds are allowed. The pet fee nonrefundable is $75 PER dog or birds, no exceptions. Dog (s) cannot be left alone to bark nor be allowed up on furniture. Pets found on property without prior notice to us as host will be evicted without refund.

You'll have access to the entire two-story townhome, including the private pool, perfect for a refreshing dip. Inside, enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and three comfortable bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom, converted from the garage, offers two queen beds, while upstairs you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed and another with two single beds. There's also a full bathroom on each floor. Outside, you can utilize the BBQ grill (bring your own propane or charcoal) for cookouts. Parking is available for two cars off-street.

Transit

Getting around is easy! You'll find free parking for two cars right on the property. If you're looking to explore, the nearest public transportation options are a short drive away. Major hubs and the airport are accessible by car, with travel times varying depending on traffic. We recommend using ride-sharing services for convenient transportation around South Padre Island. Please note that parking on the street is not permitted and may result in towing.

Notes

Please note: Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. You'll receive an electronic key code on the day of check-in, typically by 3 PM. A rental agreement must be completed before arrival, along with a photo ID. The minimum age for the primary guest is 25. Infants count towards the maximum guest count. No parties or loud noises are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. The pool is open from 8 AM to 9 PM. Bring your own propane or charcoal for the BBQ grill. Parking is available for two cars off-street. Pets are allowed with a $75 per pet fee, and must be disclosed. Please turn the thermostat to 78 degrees, wash dishes, and take out the trash before checking out. Additional free parking is available at the interModal bus station or at the post office on the Island as well as along Gulf Blvd. A golf cart is considered a vehicle FYI.
