This is a rare two level condo on the 2nd floor for less noise from above. This condo has all hard surface floors. Downstairs as you walk in you will see a half bath off the fully equipped kitchen that opens to the living room & patio.

The stairwell will lead you up to the master bedroom with an en suite full bathroom and patio overlooking the lawn below. In the hallway is a stackable washer & dryer. that is very handy after the beach. The 2nd bedroom features adult sized bunk beds with double sized mattresses. There is a main bathroom up stairs as well. We do provide a queen sized airbed for extra sleeping space - please bring bedding however. Additionally there is a small couch & larger coach but they are not pull outs.

There is a maximum of 8 people allowed, that includes infants and children

The privacy of having 2 levels is awesome if you have any night owls that want to stay up while some can catch some zzzs or teens that want to stay up late downstairs etc Plus, this is definitely one of the largest 2 bedroom condos you will find at 1200 sq feet on South Padre Island

The Habitat complex where this unit #25 is located is at 104 E Parade Dr, located just under a block to the public beach & access point. There is a year round pool that is perfect for kids as well as a 2nd floor sundeck for adults.

The complex has one drawback in that there is one off street parking space that provides enough space for 2 cars back to back or 1 larger truck. There is no guest parking here unfortunately.

While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that

if you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.

Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up

The condo has free parking, air conditioning, and WIFI by spectrum. Please note internet can be spotty on the Island though we have the highest speed/quality available.

This condo is professionally managed by South Padre Trips located at 2600 Padre Blvd. We do provide a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods and trash bags as well as basic bathroom toiletries though they are not unlimited nor replenished. Bring extras if you have a larger group or a full sized family. For those stays 3 nights or more, we have free linen and towel exchange at our office.

Our City of South Padre Island Short Term rental license is available upon request.

If you are not 23, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements

Your stay includes private access to our two level apartment designed for comfort and relaxation. The main floor features an open concept kitchen and living space with a half bathroom and a patio for outdoor lounging. The upper level houses two bedrooms including a master suite with its own bathroom and balcony plus a second full bathroom and laundry access. As a guest you have full use of the complex swimming pool and the elevated sundeck perfect for sunbathing. Please note that one off street parking spot is provided for your convenience.

Our condo is perfectly situated on South Padre Island, placing you less than a one minute walk from the beautiful public beach access point. You will love the convenience of being just steps away from the sand and surf, making it easy to enjoy sunrise walks or full days of beach fun. The neighborhood offers a relaxed, family friendly atmosphere that is ideal for a quiet getaway. Within a short drive or a fun golf cart ride, you can explore a variety of local restaurants serving fresh seafood, casual beach bars, and charming island shops. Whether you are looking for water sports rentals, local boutiques, or delicious dining options, everything you need for a memorable vacation is right at your fingertips.

Getting around South Padre Island is easy and convenient from our location. We provide one off street parking space at the condo which can accommodate two cars parked back to back or one larger truck. Please note that there is no additional guest parking available on the premises. For those traveling by car, there is free public parking available at the Intermodal bus station, the post office on the island, and along Gulf Boulevard. Golf carts are a popular way to explore the area and are considered a vehicle. The island is well connected and the nearest major airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport which is approximately a forty minute drive from our location.

To ensure a smooth stay please note that check in time is 3 PM and check out is 11 AM. The primary tenant must be at least 23 years of age and present at check in. After booking we require a signed rental agreement and a photo ID for verification purposes. Our property is designed for families and quiet groups so please respect the quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM. We provide a starter pack of essential supplies but these are not replenished so please bring extra items for longer stays. Parking is limited to one off street space that can fit two small cars or one large truck. Please note that internet connectivity on the island can occasionally be inconsistent. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited and guests must follow all complex rules including pool hours and noise restrictions. Failure to follow checkout instructions such as taking out trash and cleaning dishes may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Our office is conveniently located on the island at 2600 Padre Boulevard and is open daily from 9 am to 5 pm to assist you during your stay. Should you need any assistance or have questions while you are here, the best way to reach us is by sending a message through the platform where you booked your stay. We monitor these messages closely during business hours and strive to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible to ensure you have a comfortable and seamless experience.

- An electronic key code is provided they day of check in by 3 pm, generally not before to the phone number on file - An e-sign rental agreement we do email to you must be completed to prior to arrival along with attaching a picture of your photo ID. This is NOT optional and required to maintain our STR Rental License with the City. - Minimum age of primary tenant is 25 years unless you contact us prior to arrival. If under 25, additional damage deposit is required You MUST inquire if not 25 The maximum amount of guests indicated is the absolute maximum. We count infants (children under 2) as guests. In other words infants count on your total amount of guests allowed, no exceptions. The primary guest must check in and accompany guests. Subletting is strictly prohibited. - One of the beds counted is an airbed we provide with pump as well as potentially a sleeper sofa coach. Please bring bedding if you plan on using Property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 padre Blvd 78597 - our office is open 9 am to 5 pm seven days a week of you should need anything. No Smoking * No Parties * No Exceptions Loud noises are NEVER permitted including music. Complex quiet time is 10 pm to 9 am. Pool is open 8 am to 9:00 pm including outdoor hot tubs (if applicable) BBQing on property is not allowed unless otherwise noted Check in is 3 pm. Check out is 11 a.m. Our rental includes a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps and dishwasher pods - it is not unlimited nor replenished. For stays more than 2 nights you may want to bring more we do not re supply. For our 1 bedroom condos, max is 1 car. For two & 3 bedrooms, 2 cars for parking though some properties may have less please check the description carefully. Additional free parking is available at the inter Modal bus station or at the post office on the Island as well as along Gulf Blvd. A golf cart is considered a vehicle FYI Generally NO PETS unless listing description indicates otherwise - if you do not disclose you will be evicted :( The pet fee for pet friendly properties is $75 plus 17% occupancy tax PER PET. If the property IS pet friendly, pets may not be left alone to bark, allowed on furniture, & all pet droppings must be picked up & properly disposed of. Pets are never allowed in or by pool areas nor are they allowed to be off lease on property Unauthorized / non registered guests are NOT allowed. Get togethers NOT allowed nor unregistered guests in pool area. At check out, you must turn the thermostat to 78 degrees, put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on, and take all trash in unit out to dumpster. Failure to do so results in an excessive cleaning fee of $150 billed to the credit card on file Please message us prior to booking if you have any questions we are here to help :) Finally, whew! In month of March those between 10 and 35 years of age I required to purchase a condo security wristband fee price of $25 per person +17% tax. This is not the fee of us as the property owner is from the homeowners association.

We do pre-collect for this fee as a courtesy
Otherwise, you must arrive between 9 AM and 5 PM and go to the HOA office and purchased them for all cash. They will not accept a credit card and they only sell them during these times.
Kindly plan accordingly, as security will not allow entry to the property or building for anyone without a wristband.
