The Space:
Our condo is super duper family friendly at Fiesta Sol and is a ground-floor space with a front patio and private back patio that overlooks the pool area. The condo is located just ½ block from public beach access point of number 7, and such a short walk to the entertainment district, offering dozens of bars and restaurants that makes it an unbeatable choice at this price!

This approximately 950 sq ft condo includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for privacy and convenience. The bedding includes a king in the master bedroom, a queen and twin bed in the guest bedroom, and an airbed in the living room (please bring bedding if you plan on using). The condo can accommodate up to 7 guests.

After a big day at the beach, there is a pool you can see from the ground-floor patio in the back, perfect your kids to enjoy. The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, and dishes for easy meal prep with an eat-in counter and dining table which definitely saves some money on your beach vaca

The condo has undergone many updates, but please note it is not a brand new nor fully remodeled on the inside, nor is the building itself luxurious. Each bedroom features a smart TV, and there is internet/WiFi available for work or entertainment. We just want to accurately describe the space.

Off-street parking is available for 1 regular-sized cars front to back. There is no guest parking here, so if you have extra cars you can try to find a spot along Gulf Blvd which is City Owned street parking, or consider the InterModel Transportation center that offers free parking.

Our condo is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs and carries a slight pet fee of $75 per pet. Please review the house rules regarding pets. Door codes are provided on the day of check-in via text message before 3 pm.

The property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd 78597 Open M-F 9 am to 5 pm for assistance should you need it.

Our Short Term Rental License from the City of South Padre Island is available upon request.
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied

You will enjoy full and private access to our ground floor condo, which features both a front patio and a private back patio overlooking the pool area. Inside, you have complete use of the two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen that opens into the dining and living area. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the shared complex pool during their stay. One off street parking space is provided for your convenience. Please note that the pool area and other common grounds are shared with other residents and guests of the Fiesta Sol complex.

Our condo is perfectly situated in the heart of the action on South Padre Island. You will be located just half a block from the beach, allowing you to reach the sand and surf in less than a two minute walk. The property is nestled within the vibrant entertainment district, putting dozens of local bars and restaurants within a short stroll from your front door. Whether you are looking for a quick bite, a refreshing cocktail, or a lively night out, everything you need is easily accessible on foot. It is truly an unbeatable location for travelers who want to be close to the beach and the island energy.

Getting around South Padre Island is a breeze from our location. You are provided with one dedicated off street parking space at our complex for your convenience. Should you have additional vehicles, free public parking can be found at the Intermodal Transportation Center or along Gulf Boulevard. Please keep in mind that golf carts are considered vehicles under local regulations. For those arriving by air, the island is accessible via Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport, which is approximately a forty minute drive away.

Important information regarding your stay. Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 11 am. The primary tenant must be at least 23 years of age and present at check in. We require an electronic rental agreement and a photo identification to be submitted after booking for age verification. Door codes are provided by 3 pm on the day of your arrival via text message. Parking is limited to one off street space for a regular sized vehicle. Additional parking can be found at the city owned Intermodal Transportation Center or along Gulf Boulevard. Please note that golf carts are considered vehicles under local regulations. We are a pet friendly property for up to two dogs for a fee of 75 dollars per pet plus tax. Pets must not be left unattended, are not permitted on furniture, and must be cleaned up after immediately. Pets are strictly prohibited in the pool area. This property observes quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am. No parties or loud noises are permitted at any time. The pool is open from 8 am to 9 pm. Our kitchen is stocked with a starter pack of soaps and paper products which are not replenished. Please leave the property in good condition by setting the thermostat to 78 degrees, starting the dishwasher with your dirty dishes, and taking trash to the dumpster to avoid additional cleaning fees.

Our property is professionally managed by South Padre Island Trips, and our local office is available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. For your convenience, please use the messaging platform within this app as your primary way to reach us. We monitor our messages regularly during business hours and will respond as quickly as possible to any questions or needs that may arise during your visit.

- An electronic key code is provided they day of check in by 3 pm, generally not before to the phone number on file - An e-sign rental agreement we do email to you must be completed to prior to arrival along with attaching a picture of your photo ID.

This is NOT optional and required to maintain our STR Rental License with the City. - Minimum age of primary tenant is 23 years unless you contact us prior to arrival. If under 23, additional damage deposit is required You MUST inquire if not 23 The maximum amount of guests indicated is the absolute maximum. We count infants (children under 2) as guests.

In other words infants count on your total amount of guests allowed, no exceptions. The primary guest must check in and accompany guests. Subletting is strictly prohibited. - One of the beds counted is an airbed we provide with pump as well as potentially a sleeper sofa coach.

Complex quiet time is 10 pm to 9 am. Pool is open 8 am to 9:00 pm including outdoor hot tubs (if applicable) BBQing on property is not allowed unless otherwise noted Check in is 3 pm. Check out is 11 a.m. Our rental includes a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps and dishwasher pods - it is not unlimited nor replenished.

For stays more than 2 nights you may want to bring more we do not re supply. For our 1 bedroom condos, max is 1 car. For two & 3 bedrooms, 2 cars for parking though some properties may have less please check the description carefully.

Additional free parking is available at the inter Modal bus station or at the post office on the Island as well as along Gulf Blvd. A golf cart is considered a vehicle FYI Generally NO PETS unless listing description indicates otherwise - if you do not disclose you will be evicted :(

The pet fee for pet friendly properties is $75 plus 17% occupancy tax PER PET. If the property IS pet friendly, pets may not be left alone to bark, allowed on furniture, & all pet droppings must be picked up & properly disposed of. Pets are never allowed in or by pool areas nor are they allowed to be off lease on property Unauthorized / non registered guests are NOT allowed.

Get togethers NOT allowed nor unregistered guests in pool area. At check out, you must turn the thermostat to 78 degrees, put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on, and take all trash in unit out to dumpster. Failure to do so results in an excessive cleaning fee of $150 billed to the credit card on file
