The condo is a second-floor walk-up; there is no elevator. We provide a starter pack of essential toiletries and cleaning supplies; these are not replenished during your stay. Fresh linens and bath towels are provided, and for stays of 3+ nights, a complimentary exchange is available at the South Padre Trips office. Parking is free for one large SUV/truck, two smaller vehicles parked tandem, or one SUV and one golf cart. Additional parking options include the post office or street parking on Gulf Blvd. Smoking, parties, and loud noises are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Pets are generally not allowed unless the listing specifies otherwise, and a pet fee applies. A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required prior to arrival. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Failure to adhere to check-out procedures (thermostat at 78 degrees, dishes washed, trash removed) may result in a cleaning fee. While not a luxury property, the condo is tastefully decorated, fairly updated, and kept very clean.
The living room provides space to unwind after the beach for family movie nights or board games (yes, we provide them).
Guests may also enjoy the community pool at Fiesta Sol after a day on the beach and do a final wear out of the kiddos before bed. Please ask on pool hours
KITCHEN & LIVING
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and cooking essentials for preparing meals & creating great family memories.
Cooking at home can save time and money while still enjoying a relaxed beach vacation.
The living room and both bedrooms include Smart flat screen TVs for your favorite streaming apps.
WiFi is the highest level available on the island, though outages can occur. A cell phone hotspot is recommended if work is required.
For added convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer.
