Cozy 2 bedr w/fully equipped kitchen less than block to beach family & budget friendly Beach & Palms is an awesome & cozy 2 bedroom / 2 full bath condo less than 1 block to the beach Guests will have access to the entire 2nd-floor unit, including both bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer within the unit. Relax and unwind by the outdoor pool located in the back of the building, and take advantage of the gas grill on the deck overlooking the pool. Two off-street parking spaces are provided. Nestled on the east side of Padre Blvd, this cozy 4-plex offers an ideal location for your South Padre Island getaway. You're just a short walk (less than a block!) from the sun-kissed sands of the beach, perfect for a day of swimming, sunbathing, and building sandcastles. When you're not at the beach, take a dip in the refreshing outdoor pool located in the back of the building. For dining, you'll find a variety of options within easy reach, from casual eateries to restaurants. Explore the local shops and boutiques for souvenirs or beach essentials. The neighborhood is known for its friendly atmosphere and convenient access to everything South Padre Island has to offer. Enjoy the laid-back island lifestyle, with easy access to attractions and a welcoming community. While South Padre Island is easily navigated by car, here's some helpful info: Free off-street parking is provided for two vehicles. The island is walkable, and many bars and restaurants are within walking distance. For exploring further afield, consider using ride-sharing services. A golf cart is also considered a vehicle and you cannot park on side of street or you will get towed. Please take note of the following important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay: Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. You will receive an electronic key code on the day of check-in, typically by 3:00 PM, sent to the phone number on file. A digital rental agreement, which includes a photo ID, must be completed prior to arrival. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old unless otherwise arranged. The maximum occupancy, including infants, is strictly enforced. No subletting is permitted. Linens are provided, but please bring bedding if you plan on using the airbed or sofa bed. The property is managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd, open 9 AM to 5 PM daily for assistance. No smoking, parties, or excessive noise are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. A starter pack of essential toiletries is provided, but it is not replenished. Parking is available for two cars. Pets are allowed with a fee; they must not be left alone to bark or allowed on furniture. Unauthorized guests are not permitted. At check-out, please set the thermostat to 78 degrees, start the dishwasher, and take out the trash. A cleaning fee may apply if these steps are not followed. You will enjoy the open concept kitchen that flows to the 6 person dining table as well as the large couches for family movies after a long day at the beach
This 4 plexs offers 2 off street parking spaces as well as a pool in the back after a day at the beach and your kiddos aren't quite worn out yet. There is a convenient patio 2nd floor off the pool to watch.
The bedding is as follows:
queen in master / 2nd bedroom is wonderful queen on bottom bunk, full sized bed on top, couch in living room plus an airbed and pump
Please bring bedding if you plan on using airbed or couch rest of linens and bedding on the bed and included.
There are also 2 full bathrooms, with one off the master bedroom. The stackable washer & dryer makes cleaning up before going home very handy. The 2 bedrooms afford extra privacy fora true family vacation. Each bedroom as well as the living room has a smart TV flat screen.
Great gas / LP grill on the deck overlooking the pool. Please note we do not provide LP gas so please bring a small canister as you can see in the photos if you plan on using.
Please note this is a 2nd floor unit you must go up a flight of stairs to enter unit. We feel this is an upgrade as no noise from downstairs. The condo is all tile with high ceilings, stainless steel appliances and the kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals for your family.
This property is so centrally located it is perfect to walk to dozens of bars and restaurants.
Condo has linens and towels included. High speed wifi internet though net on island is less than perfect. Free off street parking 2 spaces we do include.a golf carts a vehicle and you cannot park on side of street or you will get towed
This property does allow max 2 dogs $75 fee per pet however Dogs may not be left alone to bark nor on furniture.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up

Property is managed locally by South Padre Island Trips 2600 Padre Blvd should you need assistance as a guest. We do provide a starter pack of toiletries, as well as trash bags, dishwasher pods, soaps etc but it is not unlimited nor replenished so please plan accordingly.
