The Space:
Thank your for considering our budget friendly 1 bedroom condo in the Atrium complex. This is a 2nd floor space & this older building does have an elevator.
The complex itself is in a great location for those that seek entertainment without driving!
Exact bedding is a king bed in master bedroom, + a double-sized airbed with pump provided at no extra charge & a couch. While we do allow up to 6 people, this is a small one bedroom condo that does not have adquate bedding to accommodate 6 so plan accordingly. If you are going to use the couch / airbed please bring extra bedding.
Our Atrium is Pet-friendly for up to 1 dog - additional fee applies.
Although the unit is small, it includes a full-sized equipped kitchen, though dated it has all pots, pans, dishes etc to save money with meal prep here.
The pool is great for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The public beach access is 1.5 blocks away and free for all.
This is a very basic & dated condo, the lowest-priced in our inventory. It's usable & clean, but not updated nor luxurious in any way. We are being dead honest with what you get here. There is no patio for this condo. With the proper expectations you will be happy we believe.
Located on the 2nd floor, the property has an elevator. The unit includes 1 off-street parking space.
Less than 2 blocks from popular spots such as Louie's, Tequila Sunsets, Longboards, DQ, da PIzza Joint, Bar on Bay (Bob's), Driftwood Bar, VIVA Restaurant, and the Kraken. It's the best location on South Padre for nightlife—no driving required.
The condo features a decent-sized kitchen, flat-screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom, and a walk-in shower. The bathroom is super plain FYI. Though not updated, the condo has all-tile floors.
Suitable for budget-minded travelers that need the basics covered. There is one off street dedicated parking space provided with no additional guest parking.
Max 1 dog allowed; any more than 1 may result in eviction per HOA rules. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies no exceptions. Dogs cannot be left alone to bark or be allowed on furniture. Pets found on the property without notice will be evicted without refund.
Our listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years of age or older to book and must be present at check-in. Please contact us before booking if you are under 25—exceptions may be possible with additional requirements.
Please note we require an e-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking. This is necessary to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License. You may e-sign the rental agreement via DocuSign before arrival to receive your door code. Therefore, please provide your email address and attach a photo of your ID, or upload it to messaging to verify your age.
