If you'd like a newer condo for a cozy retreat, this condo is ideal. The complex is super close to the beach access at the Holiday Inn, so you and your family don’t have to cross any busy streets. Not being directly on the beach equates to a real value price.

Accommodates 6 people, just please note the bedding – it is perfect for families with young children. Features include WiFi, cable TV, and a small private patio

The condo has a private patio overlooking Sea Park SPI (waterpark) and parking lot.

The interior is fresh and modern with all-tile flooring, white quartz counters, and a new walk-in tile shower.

While there is free Parking Off Street 1 dedicated spot - 0ne downside is that there is only one reserved parking space included. For additional parking, you may need to use the city's Intermodal parking lot about three city blocks away.

The pool area here is a real treat as quite large & resort like, though not heated the Texas Sized 10 person jacuzzi is. There are also about 8 community use BBQ pits (bring charcoal) as well as patio tables for BBQs poolside – something very hard to find on the Island.

The property does have an elevator to access the 4th floor. As you walk in you will see the open floor plan kitchen that is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes etc. ready to go for family meals to save you time and money.

If you are not 25 years old, please contact us prior to booking as additional damage deposit requirements do exist. Door codes are provided on the day of check-in via text message before 3 pm.

Please contact us before making a reservation, not after, regarding any house rule questions, as we have a strict cancellation policy. We fully disclose this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules, as well as submit a e-sign rental agreement contract with a photo ID to verify age. This is not optional.

Our Short Term Rental License from the City of South Padre Island is available upon request.
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied

Please note: This property has a $35 per person HOA wristband fee in March as well as Semana Santa Easter week the HOA charges we bill you for after booking is made. A max of 1 parking permit and 6 wristbands are provided.

Our condo is conveniently located in the heart of South Padre Island, making it easy to explore the area. Your stay includes one dedicated parking space on the premises. If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, additional free public parking is available at the city Intermodal parking lot, which is located about three blocks away. While the island is very walkable, you can also utilize local shuttles or rent a golf cart to get around. For those flying in, the nearest major airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport, which is approximately a forty minute drive from the property.

To ensure a smooth stay, please note that check in begins at 3 pm and check out is at 11 am. We require all guests to sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of a photo identification prior to arrival. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old unless prior arrangements are made. Access codes are sent via text message on the day of your arrival. Please be aware that infants are counted toward the maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Parking is limited to one dedicated space, and additional vehicles must be parked in the city lot three blocks away. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 9 am. During March, the homeowners association mandates a wristband fee per person for guests aged 10 to 35, which we collect to ensure your seamless building access. We provide a starter supply of essentials, but these are not replenished during your stay. Upon departure, please leave the thermostat at 78 degrees, start the dishwasher with your used dishes, and remove all trash to the dumpster.

We want your stay to be as comfortable and stress free as possible. Our property is professionally managed by South Padre Island Trips, and our local office is open daily from 9 am to 5 pm to assist you with any questions or needs that may arise during your stay. You will receive your door access codes via text message on the day of your arrival by 3 pm. For any inquiries before or during your visit, please send us a message through the platform where you booked, and we will respond as promptly as possible during our regular business hours.

- An electronic key code is provided they day of check in by 3 pm, generally not before to the phone number on file - An e-sign rental agreement we do email to you must be completed to prior to arrival along with attaching a picture of your photo ID. This is NOT optional and required to maintain our STR Rental License with the City. - Minimum age of primary tenant is 25 years unless you contact us prior to arrival. If under 25, additional damage deposit is required You MUST inquire if not 25 The maximum amount of guests indicated is the absolute maximum. We count infants (children under 2) as guests. In other words infants count on your total amount of guests allowed, no exceptions. The primary guest must check in and accompany guests. Subletting is strictly prohibited. - One of the beds counted is an airbed we provide with pump as well as potentially a sleeper sofa coach. Please bring bedding if you plan on using Property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 padre Blvd 78597 - our office is open 9 am to 5 pm seven days a week of you should need anything. No Smoking * No Parties * No Exceptions Loud noises are NEVER permitted including music. Complex quiet time is 10 pm to 9 am. Pool is open 8 am to 9:00 pm including outdoor hot tubs (if applicable) BBQing on property is not allowed unless otherwise noted Check in is 3 pm. Check out is 11 a.m. Our rental includes a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps and dishwasher pods - it is not unlimited nor replenished. For stays more than 2 nights you may want to bring more we do not re supply. For our 1 bedroom condos, max is 1 car. For two & 3 bedrooms, 2 cars for parking though some properties may have less please check the description carefully. Additional free parking is available at the inter Modal bus station or at the post office on the Island as well as along Gulf Blvd. A golf cart is considered a vehicle FYI Generally NO PETS unless listing description indicates otherwise - if you do not disclose you will be evicted :( The pet fee for pet friendly properties is $75 plus 17% occupancy tax PER PET. If the property IS pet friendly, pets may not be left alone to bark, allowed on furniture, & all pet droppings must be picked up & properly disposed of. Pets are never allowed in or by pool areas nor are they allowed to be off lease on property Unauthorized / non registered guests are NOT allowed. Get togethers NOT allowed nor unregistered guests in pool area. At check out, you must turn the thermostat to 78 degrees, put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on, and take all trash in unit out to dumpster. Failure to do so results in an excessive cleaning fee of $150 billed to the credit card on file Please message us prior to booking if you have any questions we are here to help :) Finally, whew! In month of March those between 10 and 35 years of age I required to purchase a condo security wristband fee price of $30 per person +17% tax. This is not the fee of us as the property owner is from the homeowners association.

We do pre-collect for this fee as a courtesy
Otherwise, you must arrive between 9 AM and 5 PM and go to the HOA office and purchased them for all cash. They will not accept a credit card and they only sell them during these times.
Kindly plan accordingly, as security will not allow entry to the property or building for anyone without a wristband.
