We call our walk to beach condo Island Time #4 - it is a cozy 2 bedroom / 2 full bath condo less than ¼ block to the beach super easy walk.
You will enjoy the open concept kitchen that flows to the dining table as well as the couches for family movies after a long day at the beach. One couch does pull out into a sofa bed.

This 4 plex offers 2 off street parking spaces as well as a pool in the back after a day at the beach and your kiddos aren't quite worn out yet. You will enjoy not having any stairs as this is a ground floor / 1st floor condo. This is a pet friendly property and upto 1 Pet is allowed.

As of today the bedding is as follows:
King in master, pull out couch, airbed, and a full sized bunk beds plus a trundle bed underneath as a full in spare bedroom.

There are also 2 full bathrooms, with one off the master bedroom. The stackable washer & dryer makes cleaning up before going home very handy. The 2 bedrooms afford extra privacy fora true family vacation. Each bedroom as well as the living room has a smart TV flat screen.
The condo is all tile with high ceilings, stainless steel appliances and the kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals for your family. The handy washer & dryer in the unit is super nice to wash off the beach or go home with clean clothes
While we do not provide a BBQ grill, it is allowed at this property if you bring one. This property is centrally located it is perfect to walk to dozens of bars and restaurants.
This condo has free WiFi! if you have some work to get done, though internet is less than perfect on the Island sometimes.

Please inquire about off season discounts Sept 15 to Dec 15 for stay over 4 nights. We do have active military as well as football coach discounts - just ask before you book please not after :)

Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights.

You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request so please review :)

We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in to the number on file, not before.

You must have completed the e- rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules.

We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this just to clarify

We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied.

Door codes are provided by 3 pm via text message for check in, FYI

City of South Padre Short Term Rental License Available upon request

This property does require the use of condo security wristbands that have a fee of $35 plus tax for every occupant in the the month of March. This is the property HOA's fee and not ours, but we do pre collect for convenience.

You'll have full access to our Island Time #4 condo! This includes both bedrooms (featuring a king bed, bunk beds, and a trundle bed), two full bathrooms, the kitchen equipped with all the essentials, and the living room with a pull-out sofa bed. Step outside to enjoy the pool area or take advantage of the two off-street parking spaces. The beach is a super easy walk, less than a quarter of a block away. The condo also provides a washer and dryer for your convenience. Remember to bring a BBQ grill if you wish to use one.

Island Time #4 is perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of South Padre Island! You're just a short stroll (about 199 steps!) from the sandy beach, making it incredibly easy to spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying the ocean. Within easy walking distance, you'll find a variety of dining options, from casual beachfront cafes to restaurants offering fresh seafood. Explore local shops for souvenirs or beach essentials. The neighborhood is known for its relaxed atmosphere and friendly locals. You can easily walk to many of the island's attractions, or take a short drive to explore even more of what South Padre Island has to offer.

Getting around Island Time #4 is a breeze! You'll find two off-street parking spaces right at the condo, perfect for your convenience. The beach is just a short walk away, so you can easily leave your car behind. For those arriving by air, the nearest airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), approximately a 40-minute drive. While public transportation options are limited on South Padre Island, ride-sharing services are readily available.

Please read these important notes to ensure a smooth stay! Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. You'll receive an electronic door code via text on the day of your arrival. A completed rental agreement and a photo ID are required before the code is released. The property includes a starter pack of essentials like soap, coffee, and trash bags; these are not replenished. The maximum occupancy includes infants. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Please ensure all dishes are washed and the dishwasher is running, and all trash is removed upon departure. Additional parking is available at the Intermodal bus station or the post office. Pets are allowed, with a fee, if the listing specifies. Please message us if you have any questions before booking.

- An electronic key code is provided they day of check in by 3 pm, generally not before to the phone number on file - An e-sign rental agreement we do email to you must be completed to prior to arrival along with attaching a picture of your photo ID.

This is NOT optional and required to maintain our STR Rental License with the City. - Minimum age of primary tenant is 23 years unless you contact us prior to arrival. If under 23, additional damage deposit is required You MUST inquire if not 23 The maximum amount of guests indicated is the absolute maximum. We count infants (children under 2) as guests.

In other words infants count on your total amount of guests allowed, no exceptions. The primary guest must check in and accompany guests. Subletting is strictly prohibited. - One of the beds counted is an airbed we provide with pump as well as potentially a sleeper sofa coach.

No Smoking * No Parties * No Exceptions Loud noises are NEVER permitted including music.

Complex quiet time is 10 pm to 9 am. Pool is open 8 am to 9:00 pm including outdoor hot tubs (if applicable) BBQing on property is not allowed unless otherwise noted Check in is 3 pm. Check out is 11 a.m. Our rental includes a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps and dishwasher pods - it is not unlimited nor replenished.

For stays more than 2 nights you may want to bring more we do not re supply. For our 1 bedroom condos, max is 1 car. For two & 3 bedrooms, 2 cars for parking though some properties may have less please check the description carefully.

Additional free parking is available at the inter Modal bus station or at the post office on the Island as well as along Gulf Blvd. A golf cart is considered a vehicle FYI Generally NO PETS unless listing description indicates otherwise - if you do not disclose you will be evicted :(

The pet fee for pet friendly properties is $75 plus 17% occupancy tax PER PET. If the property IS pet friendly, pets may not be left alone to bark, allowed on furniture, & all pet droppings must be picked up & properly disposed of. Pets are never allowed in or by pool areas nor are they allowed to be off lease on property Unauthorized / non registered guests are NOT allowed.

Get togethers NOT allowed nor unregistered guests in pool area. At check out, you must turn the thermostat to 78 degrees, put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on, and take all trash in unit out to dumpster. Failure to do so results in an excessive cleaning fee of $150 billed to the credit card on file
