If you’re looking for a simple, comfortable place in a fantastic walkable area, this condo is a wonderful match. The location is hard to beat—you’ll be less than 100 steps or so from the beach and only a short stroll from restaurants, bars, shops, and kid-friendly activities. It’s a smart, budget-friendly option for enjoying the best of South Padre Island without sacrificing convenience that is great for families

The Space
* This is a 2nd floor unit in a small, quiet 4-plex, offering an easy and relaxed stay which will require the use of stairs
* Cozy yet small backyard pool shared by just these 4 condos
* Clean and functional with all-tile floors and high ceilings. This is a great value that represents affordability but it a tad dated inside.
* Eat-in kitchen counter plus a corner-bench dining nook, ideal for meals or board games
* The condo includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and can host up to 8 guests, including babies and toddlers. Sleeping arrangements work best when some guests are children.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Setup
* Primary bedroom: King bed + private en-suite bathroom
* Guest bedroom: Full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle
* Living room: Standard couch (not a sleeper) + queen airbed available — please bring bedding if you plan to use the airbed

Kitchen & Amenities
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dinnerware so you can cook and save during your stay. (Note: There is no dishwasher however)
We welcome BBQ grills if you wish to bring—please grill in front of the building, not near the pool since that area is shared.
You’ll also find:
Fresh, clean towels and linens
A Starter set of toiletries like soaps and trash bags (though not unlimited or replenished)
Coffee, filters, creamer, sweetener, tea, cooking spray, salt & pepper (also not restocked mid-stay)

For stays 3+ nights, you may exchange towels and linens for free at our office at South Padre IslandTrips at 2600 Padre Blvd which is Open 7 days a week and we do feature 24/7 phone support—a rarity among local hosts.

Condition & Management
This condo is older and not remodeled, but it is clean, functional, well-kept, and an excellent value for families wanting space and walkability. It is professionally cleaned and maintained by South Padre Island Trips, the most reliable management company on the island.
Property has 2 off-street parking spaces included for the condo and Up to two pets allowed with fee (please request in advance and fee applies) Pets may not enter the pool area and may not be left alone to bark

Rental Agreement & Check-In

To comply with city rules, all guests must sign a short rental agreement and provide a photo ID after booking. This Agreement is e-signed and emailed to you. Once completed, we’ll issue your electronic door cod on day of check in Door codes are texted to the phone on file by 3 pm on arrival day We cannot release codes earlier so cleaning and parking remain on schedule

You will have full private access to our second floor condo, which features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Please note that the unit is located on the second floor and requires the use of stairs for access. As a guest, you are also welcome to use the small outdoor pool located on the property, which is shared exclusively among the four condos in the complex. Two off street parking spaces are provided for your convenience. While the pool and common grounds are shared, the interior of the condo is entirely private for your group during your stay.

Our condo is perfectly positioned in one of the most walkable areas of South Padre Island, placing you less than one hundred steps from the pristine sands of the beach at the end of Harbor Street. You will find yourself surrounded by convenience, with a CVS nearby for any essential items. Dining options are abundant and easily accessible by foot, including Nautico for excellent lunches and dinners, Meatball Cafe for Italian cuisine, and Cafe Karma for your morning coffee. For a fun night out, you can walk to Longboards for live music or enjoy the famous seafood buffet at Louies Backyard. Families will love the proximity to Gravity Park, which is just a short walk away and features exciting go-karts and mini golf for all ages.

Getting around South Padre Island is a breeze from our conveniently located condo. We provide two dedicated off street parking spaces for your vehicle, ensuring you have a stress free place to keep your car during your stay. If you are arriving by air, the Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport is the primary gateway to the island and is typically a forty five minute drive away. For those who prefer to explore without a car, the island offers a convenient free shuttle service that runs throughout the area. Additionally, if you have extra vehicles or visitors, free public parking can be found at the intermodal bus station or near the local post office.

To ensure a smooth arrival, please note that the primary renter must be at least 23 years old and present at check-in. All guests are required to complete a short rental agreement and provide a photo ID after booking, which allows us to issue your electronic door code by 3 pm on your arrival day. Check-in begins at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. This second-floor condo is located in a quiet four-plex, and we strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am. No parties or smoking are permitted. We provide two off-street parking spaces. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a fee, though they must not be left unattended or taken into the pool area. While we provide a starter supply of toiletries and coffee, guests are encouraged to bring extra supplies for longer stays. Please note that the condo does not have a dishwasher, and if you plan to use the provided airbed, please bring your own linens.

For urgent matters, we provide 24 hour phone support to ensure you are never without assistance. Our office is located at 2600 Padre Boulevard should you need to visit us in person during your stay.

- An electronic key code is provided they day of check in by 3 pm, generally not before to the phone number on file - An e-sign rental agreement we do email to you must be completed to prior to arrival along with attaching a picture of your photo ID.

This is NOT optional and required to maintain our STR Rental License with the City. - Minimum age of primary tenant is 23 years unless you contact us prior to arrival. If under 23, additional damage deposit is required You MUST inquire if not 23 The maximum amount of guests indicated is the absolute maximum. We count infants (children under 2) as guests.

In other words infants count on your total amount of guests allowed, no exceptions. The primary guest must check in and accompany guests. Subletting is strictly prohibited. - One of the beds counted is an airbed we provide with pump as well as potentially a sleeper sofa coach.

Please bring bedding if you plan on using Property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 padre Blvd 78597 - our office is open 9 am to 5 pm seven days a week of you should need anything. No Smoking * No Parties * No Exceptions Loud noises are NEVER permitted including music.

Complex quiet time is 10 pm to 9 am. Pool is open 8 am to 9:00 pm including outdoor hot tubs (if applicable) BBQing on property is not allowed unless otherwise noted Check in is 3 pm. Check out is 11 a.m. Our rental includes a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps and dishwasher pods - it is not unlimited nor replenished.

For stays more than 2 nights you may want to bring more we do not re supply. For our 1 bedroom condos, max is 1 car. For two & 3 bedrooms, 2 cars for parking though some properties may have less please check the description carefully.

Additional free parking is available at the inter Modal bus station or at the post office on the Island as well as along Gulf Blvd. A golf cart is considered a vehicle FYI Generally NO PETS unless listing description indicates otherwise - if you do not disclose you will be evicted :(

The pet fee for pet friendly properties is $75 plus 17% occupancy tax PER PET. If the property IS pet friendly, pets may not be left alone to bark, allowed on furniture, & all pet droppings must be picked up & properly disposed of. Pets are never allowed in or by pool areas nor are they allowed to be off lease on property Unauthorized / non registered guests are NOT allowed.

Get togethers NOT allowed nor unregistered guests in pool area. At check out, you must turn the thermostat to 78 degrees, put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on, and take all trash in unit out to dumpster. Failure to do so results in an excessive cleaning fee of $150 billed to the credit card on file
