charming raised duplex, giving your group exclusive access to 5 bedrooms, 3

Designed for large families or multiple families traveling together will get two separate entrances, for a couple of families or friends to do a beach vacation together - this home c accommodates up to 16 guests including toddlers & infants int hat count, while while offering enough separation that everyone has room to relax.

Renting this listing means you'll have the entire duplex exclusively for your group with two separate entrances completely.

The front unit offers a comfortable yet smaller two-bedroom, one-bath layout with a fully
equipped kitchen with all pots, pans, dishes, etc, cozy living room, and private front deck. Along with 1 full bathroom.

The rear space features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, another full kitchen also fully equipped and ready to cook, plus a truly spacious living room with exposed beams & vaulted ceiling, and a large deck that is perfect for evening drinks or relaxing after the beach.

Having two kitchens makes meal preparation much easier for larger groups. Whether
You are making breakfast before heading to the beach or preparing dinner after a long
day in the sun, everyone has room to spread out without feeling crowded.

Outside is where this unique property feels relaxed.

Underneath this elevated home on stilts is a shaded gathering area that is perfect for escaping the afternoon heat while still enjoying the island breeze. Please note that use of stairs is required at this home.

Throughout the home you many Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and plenty of
room for everyone to gather or enjoy some quiet time. This layout works especially
well for multi-generational families, multiple couples, or groups who appreciate
having separate spaces while staying together.

As with many original South Padre beach houses, this home has its own personality
and a few quirks that come with age. It has been maintained with comfort in mind
while preserving the classic beach-house feel that many guests specifically come
here to enjoy.

Starter supplies include fresh, clean linens, bath towels, hand towels, basic soaps and
shampoos, dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sweetener,
and other essentials. These are starter quantities only and are not replenished
during your stay.

This is an authentic South Padre beach house with colorful Caribbean décor, vintage
character, and a location that is hard to beat just ¼ block to the public beach access. This not a complete remodel nor brand new—and that’s exactly why so many guests dig it. If you came down to the Island 20 or even 30 years ago, this is what authenticity feels like. In other words, if you are looking for pristine perfection, this won’t be a fit. If you would like a space with a front & back deck, shaded area under house as well as a backyard to hang in, this is it.

Please note there is no pool here, but it is so very close to the beach it is unlikely you will notice that. While we do not provide a grill, you are allowed to bring a charcoal or gas, we just ask that you please do not bring it up on the decks.

While the home accommodates up to 16 guests, we believe it is most comfortable
for 12–14 guests, and when your group includes children up to 16. We prefer to set
realistic expectations so everyone enjoys a comfortable stay.

PARKING
Four off-street parking spaces are included with your reservation at no additional
charge. A golf cart counts as one vehicle toward the parking limit. Additional public
parking is open on Gulf Blvd but cannot be guaranteed.

PETS
We do allow up to 4 total pets here, at a fee of $75 plus 17% occupancy tax charged after you make the booking. Dogs are not allowed on furniture; may not be tied up at property nor left alone to bark; All pet droppings must be picked up or we do have to charge the card on file $250 if found. NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in one of South Padre Island s most convenient neighborhoods, you are just a
short stroll from the beach while remaining close to many of the islands favorite
restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and attractions.

Spend your mornings walking to the beach, afternoons enjoying local seafood, and
evenings watching the sunset from one of the nearby restaurants like Wanna Wanna Beach Bar or Blackbeards famous seafood

If your group needs additional accommodations, we would be happy to help coordinate multiple properties located close to this one

High-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the home. While internet service on the
island is generally reliable, occasional outages can occur due to the coastal
environment. If you have critical remote work during your stay, we recommend
bringing a mobile hotspot as backup. We do not provide compensation for internet downtime, sorry

Reduced rates may be available for longer off-season stays (September
15–December 15), active military, veterans, and select qualifying groups. Feel free to

POLICIES
Primary guest must meet the minimum booking age requirement of 23 years of age or older. A signed digital rental agreement and valid government-issued photo ID are required before check-in.

Guests must review and agree to all house rules prior to arrival.

No smoking, parties, or disruptive events are permitted. Quiet hours are enforced to

When you book this property you receive exclusive access to the entire duplex which includes both the front and rear units. Getting around South Padre Island is a breeze from our location. We provide four dedicated off street parking spaces for your group, and golf carts are permitted as one of your vehicles. For those arriving by air, the closest major hub is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport, which is approximately a forty minute drive from the house. Public transportation is available via the Island Metro, which offers free shuttle services throughout the island, with stops conveniently located near major attractions and beach access points.

To ensure a smooth stay, please note that the primary guest must be at least 25 years of age, or contact us prior to booking if you are between 23 and 25 for potential deposit requirements. Before arrival, you are required to complete a digital rental agreement and provide a copy of your government issued photo identification. Check in begins at 3 pm, and your electronic access code will be sent to your phone on the day of your arrival. Check out is at 11 am, at which time we kindly ask that you set the thermostat to 78 degrees, place all dishes in the dishwasher, and remove all trash to the outdoor dumpster. This home is elevated on stilts, so please be prepared to use stairs. While we provide a starter supply of essentials like soap, paper towels, and trash bags, these are not replenished during your stay. We allow up to four pets with a fee of 75 dollars plus tax per pet, provided they are not left unattended, kept off furniture, and all waste is cleaned up immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced after 10 pm to respect our neighbors. Please note that smoking and parties are not permitted at this property.

We are professionally managed by South Padre Trips and our local team is available to assist you throughout your stay. Our office is located on Padre Boulevard and is open seven days a week from nine in the morning until five in the evening to help with any needs that may arise. We utilize a contactless self check in process using electronic door codes which are sent to the phone number on file on your arrival day. For any questions or assistance during your visit please reach out to us through the messaging platform provided by your booking service for the fastest response.

- An electronic key code is provided they day of check in by 3 pm, generally not before to the phone number on file - An e-sign rental agreement we do email to you must be completed to prior to arrival along with attaching a picture of your photo ID.

This is NOT optional and required to maintain our STR Rental License with the City. - Minimum age of primary tenant is 23 years unless you contact us prior to arrival. If under 23, additional damage deposit is required You MUST inquire if not 23 The maximum amount of guests indicated is the absolute maximum. We count infants (children under 2) as guests.

In other words infants count on your total amount of guests allowed, no exceptions. The primary guest must check in and accompany guests. Subletting is strictly prohibited. - One of the beds counted is an airbed we provide with pump as well as potentially a sleeper sofa coach.

Please bring bedding if you plan on using Property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 padre Blvd 78597 - our office is open 9 am to 5 pm seven days a week of you should need anything. No Smoking * No Parties * No Exceptions Loud noises are NEVER permitted including music.

Complex quiet time is 10 pm to 9 am. Pool is open 8 am to 9:00 pm including outdoor hot tubs (if applicable) BBQing on property is not allowed unless otherwise noted Check in is 3 pm. Check out is 11 a.m. Our rental includes a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps and dishwasher pods - it is not unlimited nor replenished.

For stays more than 2 nights you may want to bring more we do not re supply. For our 1 bedroom condos, max is 1 car. For two & 3 bedrooms, 2 cars for parking though some properties may have less please check the description carefully.

Additional free parking is available at the inter Modal bus station or at the post office on the Island as well as along Gulf Blvd. A golf cart is considered a vehicle FYI Generally NO PETS unless listing description indicates otherwise - if you do not disclose you will be evicted :(

The pet fee for pet friendly properties is $75 plus 17% occupancy tax PER PET. If the property IS pet friendly, pets may not be left alone to bark, allowed on furniture, & all pet droppings must be picked up & properly disposed of. Pets are never allowed in or by pool areas nor are they allowed to be off lease on property Unauthorized / non registered guests are NOT allowed.

Get togethers NOT allowed nor unregistered guests in pool area. At check out, you must turn the thermostat to 78 degrees, put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on, and take all trash in unit out to dumpster. Failure to do so results in an excessive cleaning fee of $150 billed to the credit card on file
