This house was incredible! Mary from SPI was super helpful with the few questions we had, and even though we were super close to the beach, most days we just stayed at the house relaxing by the pool, grilling and chilling. We will definitely be back next year!

Incredible location, clean as a whistle, very well appointed and decorated...everything you could ask for in a top-shelf rental. We enjoyed the quiet bedrooms, the ample entertaining spaces, the huge kitchen and - especially - the pool and hot tub! Would rent again in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed our stay at SPI Rentals. The house we rented was just as beautiful as the pictures suggested. The pool and spa were easy to figure out. We did have an issue with internet going out and they sent a rep over to get the provider on the phone and that fixed it. We'll see you next spring SPI Rentals :)

This house is perfectly designed as a rental. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The pool is clean and the hot tub really works. The beach is about a 5 minute walk. I would stay here again.

Amazing house!

This house was wonderful to stay in. We like to rent at the beach each summer and this home is at the top of our list. It was very clean and accommodated our large family. The rooms are huge and everyone felt like they had their own space. The walk in showers are nice though they could use a little tilex on the grout. Each room on the second floor has access to a balcony. The patio and back yard were great. The pool was amazing as well. This house was wonderful and we are looking forward to renting again in the future.

Everything is just as described!! This house is AWESOME, close to beach, private pool & spa, beautifully decorated, extremely clean & fully stocked with towels, kitchenware, etc... WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! :)

Fantastic Vacation Spot!

The house was perfect and very well stocked with what you need to have a very enjoyable vacation. We were there with family for a family reunion/wedding so it was nice to have 2 houses side by side with a connecting fence. The folks at SPI were easy to work with and very responsive to any of our requests. We would definitely rent from them again.

111 E. Capricorn A was a great house. Plenty of room so we did not feel crowded.The home was very clean and decorated very nicely. The staff, especially the maintenance folks were exceptional. They were very quick to respond or answer any questions. The pool was very clean & patio and yard were wonderful!! We would definitely rent this property again and/ or recommend it to others. My only recommendation would be to put a something that prevents the refrigerator door from hitting the counter. We put a dish towel there to prevent damage. Please continue to maintain upkeep. I think that's what makes this property so wonderful.

Can be described in one word...Paradise!! This home is breathtaking! Spacious! Almost everything you need is supplied! Walking into a dream - escape from reality! First time condo renters - thought abit pricey upfront BUT over all so well worth it!! Buy groceries cook breakfast, lunch, dinner's, have snacks, grill out, pool anytime you want, 10 minutes or so walk to beach! Decorated beautifully modern! Already planning next vacation with SPI

Beautiful Vacation Rental For the whole family

We visited South Padre Island for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation rental. It had all the comforts and convenience of home, but was much closer to the beach. :) It is conveniently located with plenty of shopping and dining within walking distance. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. A few minor suggestions would be to have dish towels and hooks for the back of the doors and maybe some place to hang wet bathing suits.
