WRISTBANDS ARE $25+TAX/PERSON

Spring Break and Holy Week (March 1, 2023): All occupants of the rental must be 21 years old or older. Anyone under 21 years of age will not be allowed. At check-in, each guest must present identification. A guest under 21 years old will not be allowed to occupy the house and will not receive a refund. This rule does NOT apply to family groups, or any other approved group by SPI Rentals.
