106 W. Sunset, a large bayside home with 6 bedrooms and four bathrooms! This beautiful home would be perfect for a group of friends or family traveling to South Padre Island. The interior of this two-story house is spectacular with large bedrooms, bathrooms and an open concept dining and living area. The heated pool and hot-tub in the backyard are amazing!
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The living room features a large flat-screen TV and multiple couches to relax on. The dining area has a 10 seater table and additional seating above the kitchen bar. The second floor contains the 5 additional bedrooms. All bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The living room is the perfect place to access the backyard pool. The pool is spacious and has a hot-tub. The pool is perfect for family barbecues and hanging out with your friends. Great location, just blocks from the beach. Group of 8 of us had plenty of space for getting together and had enough room so we could get our own space. House, in general, was clean, hot tub and pool were heated. Just a 1970 house that needs some new fixtures and a coat of paint, but overall a nice place

The house was great. Our family had a great time. The pool is awesome. Our only issue was the lack of kitchen supplies, specifically pots and pans. We like to cook most of our meals, but we will definitely be back next year. Thank you for your hospitality!

Our stay with SPI rentals was great as they offered a beautiful house that was able to fit a big group of mine. There was no wait and everything was great! Close to the beach so easy for fun and great pool in the backyard.

The reason I didn't give an "Excellent" rating is there were maintenance problems. When we arrived the pool and hot tub were cold and there was debris in both. The heat also did not work upon arrival, although we didn't need it immediately but would in the next day or two. Maintenance was called and found that the circuit breaker was off for the pool and the lights in the back. Maintenance took care of the breaker and set up an appointment for HVAC to come the following morning. The house was "Excellent" and we enjoyed the spacious rooms and cleanliness. There were more than enough dishes, silverware and pots and pans. We would have liked to have been able to enjoy the pool and hot tub upon arrival instead of 2 days later. All that being said, I would definitely book the house again but contact the property management a few days prior to arrival to confirm the pool and hot tub were ready for use upon check-in.

Great place. We were 4 families with kids, the short walk to the beach, bars and family activities makes it perfect for everybody. Large heated pool with jacuzzi, comfortable chairs and a large grill. Kitchen, dining and living room with lots of seating perfect for family meals. Bedrooms are quiet and comfortable perfect for a great sleep, very nice area close to everything with out too much traffic or noise. Can't wait to be back... SPI staff is the best
