The 5703B Gulf Boulevard is a modern, immaculate "beach house". It will elevate your tropical getaway into the next level of luxury.

The spacious 3-story house can accommodate up to 24 guests and features 6 bedrooms and bathrooms. It is located directly opposite the beach!

The ground floor has two guest rooms. The first bedroom has two Queen beds, and a bathroom. The second bedroom features two Twin beds with a Twin Trundle Bed in each, as well as a private bathroom. The main floor of the house is located on the second floor and includes a large living room with an open concept, a dining area, and a kitchen. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate large families or friends. It has a huge center island with seating for six people. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and dishwasher. The living room has a large flat-screen tv, surrounded by oversized sectional couches. Watch movies or sports together with your group!

The second floor has the third and fourth bedrooms, which have a King Size Bed and two Queen Size Beds. Each bedroom has a flat-screen television and its own bathroom. The luxurious Master suite is located on the third floor of the house. The cozy King-size bed will allow you to relax and enjoy the rest that you deserve. The Master Bathroom is equipped with an oversized soaking bathtub, a shower, and a large vanity area.

My husband and I planned a last minute vacation to the beach and our criteria was a private home on Gulf Blvd. with a private pool. It was just the two of us and all the homes available were huge, but we decided to go with this one. We worked with Marina and she was A+ Excellent. She communicated quickly with us and got us everything we needed. It was nice to meet her in person as well. This is a great house for multiple couples. The pool stays in the sun, which we like, and is more spacious than a previous house that we rented on Gulf Blvd. The house if fairly new and has a modern vibe. It has plenty of room to move around and a nice view of the ocean. My only constructive feedback is it needs a few more pots for cooking. I highly recommend.

The house was better than we expected, the rooms were big, everything was super clean, The beach access was really close. It was a three story house that everyone enjoyed and wants to go back again. The decoration was beautiful, I loved everything about this property.
