Your 3 Bedroom/2.5 Bathroom Residence on the 10th Floor features a contemporary decor, a fully-equipped kitchen, luxurious bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms. You will also enjoy magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico, Sapphire's sparkling pool and the stunning views from your residence. Sapphire #1009 is a beautifully furnished and decorated residence that transports you into a world of fine island living. The open living area and kitchen are tastefully decorated and ideal for romantic evenings, relaxing weekends or entertaining. The living area is completed by beautiful furnishings, modern electronics and breathtaking views. The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, granite counters, spacious cabinets and all the necessary cooking tools.

You will be able to sleep peacefully in the master bedroom, which features a king-sized bed. You can also enjoy the sunrise from the large windows that overlook the pool and ocean. The master bathroom features a double sink, a walk in shower and a soaking bathtub to soothe your worries. One queen-sized bed and two full beds will make your guests feel comfortable. The shared guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and soaking tub.

This corner unit has a balcony with grill on the west-facing side of the condo. It is the perfect place to watch the beautiful South Padre Island Sunset! Sapphire is the ultimate beach resort!

Please note that Sapphire is also a residential property.

Many of the units in this complex are occupied by full-time residents.
