Guests will love this one-of-a-kind penthouse! Located on the 3rd floor, this 2 story, 3000 square feet penthouse has a breathtaking 180 degree view from a 40' span of windows with glass railings!<br />

This gorgeous property features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There are two separate master bedrooms located on either floor. Both master bedrooms feature a King size bed and flat screen TVs. Both master bedrooms also feature in suite bathrooms with large tubs, tiled walk-in showers, and double vanity sinks. Guests also have 3 additional bedrooms to choose from. Two of these bedrooms feature Queen beds, while the third bedroom features two Full beds.<br />

The main living area is tastefully decorated, open & spacious with a high vaulted ceiling. Take a seat on the cozy sectional sofa and enjoy unobstructed views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Once you're done soaking in the views, take a seat on the leather couch to enjoy some entertainment on the large flat screen TV. The kitchen and dining area are conveniently adjacent to the main living area. There's seating for 8 at the dining table, plus additional seating for 2 at the bar. The kitchen area comes fully stocked with all pots, pans, utensils, and appliances you may need to prepare a delicious meal!<br />
