Are you looking for the perfect beach home for your family? You've found it! You'll find everything you need at 1401 Gulf Boulevard for your beach vacation! This home can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests with its 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The house is tastefully decorated and offers a spacious, open-plan living area.
This home has two floors. The first floor includes the entrance to the home, three spacious bedrooms and access to a pool area. The first guest bedroom has a King-size bed, flat screen TV, and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom features a King-size bed and flat-screen television. Both bedrooms have direct access to the backyard, and private pool. The third guest room has two sets of bunks with Full size beds (four beds total, sleeps eight) and a flat screen TV. The second floor includes the Master Bedroom, the dining and living areas, as well as a kitchen. The living room is a comfortable space with a large flat screen TV, and is located near the dining area and the kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans and dishware you need to prepare delicious meals for your family while on vacation. The kitchen also has stainless steel appliances. The dining table can seat 6 guests, and there are four additional seats at the bar. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and a TV with flat-screen. The master bathroom features a large walk in shower.
This house is located right across the street from the beach. You can walk to the nearest access and be in the sand within minutes. After a day in the sun you can cool off in your backyard pool or walk to nearby entertainment venues and restaurants for an evening out.

Best location on the island. Everything within walking distance. Beach across the street. No parking issues. House is big, clean, updated and stocked. Plenty of space for groups and kids. Pool was clean and refreshing. We will defiantly be back.

This beach house was the perfect family vacation spot!. We will definitely be making an annual trip. Location to the beach was so close! Right next to beach access 1. You could see and hear the waves from the front top balcony. It was so peaceful to start the morning and end the evening on the front balcony. We even saw fireworks from the balcony. The short walk to the beach was convenient with our group because kids could split up and walk back to the house or beach if needed. The house had so much space for our group. The bedrooms had plenty of space to spread out and lots of space to gather in the main areas. The bathrooms are large. The beds were all very comfortable and nicely decorated with a updated beachy feel. The entire house is spacious, cute beach vibes, large kitchen, a large pantry to store all your weeks groceries. If you forget anything; CVS is located a block from the beach house. The private pool was perfectly landscaped with shade and sun. We loved hanging by the pool all hours of the day. Sitting on the front porch balcony with coffee and watching the sunrise, to relaxing by the pool with palm trees and a cocktail were some of our most relaxing times. The house is located on the end of gulf blvd. so it's a very quiet location. We liked having the view of gulf blvd to people watch from the balcony. There is a 2 mile (one way) marked off pedestrian trail for runners, walkers bikers, skaters, etc. We enjoyed using this trail to run since it was partially shaded during the day and its protected from cars. Great to take kids with you too. One evening my husband and I were able to leave the kids with my parents and walk over to the Restaurant right by our beach access. It was so nice to scoot over there and to be so close to the beach. Nightly walks for crab hunting and morning walks occurred a lot because of the proximity to the beach. The outdoor shower and hose by the front door was nice to rinse off after being at the beach. There is also a upper back balcony where you can grill your dinner and catch a glimpse of the gulf and causeway. I would highly recommend staying here!

This house has the perfect location!!! So close to the beach,restaurants, shopping,etc. the property was very clean and well maintained. Had a small issue when we first arrived called SPI and maintenance was there in minutes to resolve the problem. We had a great time and hope to return soon. I will be using SPI rentals for my next rental.

My family and I had a great time. Pet friendly house . The kitchen had everything necessary to cook. Fridge was really cold. There was an ice chest in the pantry . There was two dining tables. The gas grill was right outside the kitchen in the balcony with stairs going down to the pool. The pool was very clean. We really liked the shade that was there. I really liked that there was many exit doors to the pool and the house. The place was so close to beach access 1 , to McDonald's and cvs so convenient. The house was very clean . The booking was quick and the instructions to get in the house were very easy. We all enjoyed our stay here . Will be looking forward to book here again in the future.
