This property is newly remodeled and features 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, a heated private pool and all the amenities you could want in a vacation rental. It is less than half a block to the beach. The interior of the townhome is beautiful, as well as the tranquil backyard area with a private swimming pool. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a swim!

The second floor has a living room, dining room and kitchen. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and cooking utensils. Guests can prepare meals in this beautiful space. The second-story balcony, located off the living area, offers a great view of the Gulf of Mexico and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the sunrise!

The second floor has two large bedrooms. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds. On the ground floor, next to the swimming pool area, you will find an oversized master bedroom. The master bedroom has a flat screen television and a King-sized bed. The recently remodeled master bathroom features a large walk-in shower and bath tub. The 4th bedroom can also be found downstairs. This bedroom has a set of twin bunks with a full-size trundle at the bottom.

This home is less than half a block away from the beach, and only a minute's walk to the beach! This home is within walking distance of several South Padre restaurants and retail stores, including the famous Wanna Wanna beach bar!

We had a great time at So. Padre. A great time staying at Verna Jean. The one comment I have for Verna Jean House is they should add an extra ceiling fan in the Master Bedroom opposite of the one that is already there!
