She was very helpful in getting us the rental we wanted and facilitating some special requests from the homeowners. There were no issues with check-in/out. Overall, it was painless and convenient. Great house with lots of space and our dog was able to join us on our vacation! Maintenance was great, came right away when called! The office was also great, the check in process was quick and in no time we were off to start our wonderful vacation.

The house is very nicely furnished and located. We stayed with 4 adults and 4 children under 5 years old. At night, the kids slept downstairs while the adults could hang out up stairs. The beach is a very short and easy walk. The sand is perfect for sand castle building. Also very short walking distance to Wanna-Wanna beach bar and restaurant. The only thing that could make it better for a group like ours is bunk beds. But I can certainly appreciate larger king and queen beds for different groups.

My extended family and I enjoyed are time at SPI and our rental at 113 E Mars. This unit had enough space for all of us and the pool was a great addition to a rental for the kids to enjoy! We would definitely rent this place again!
Great Vacation Rental

This house was a great pick for my family's South Padre Island stay. We had five adults and four children aging from 2-9. I would recommend bringing a baby gate for toddlers due to the stairs especially since the kitchen is on the second floor. It was only about a five minute walk to the beach which was great because parking was pretty hard to find during the busy season. The pool was great and just the right size for all of the kids. Also, the staff were really friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the house very much and the SPI Rental staff was helpful with extra chairs and a late check-out. I would just recommend either deleting the photos that show the hot tub, or make special mention that the hot tub is not in use ahead of time. Met the neighbor (Mike Louis) and he says that Will of SPI Rentals is a good guy!
