The home boosts 4 bedrooms and 4 and 1/2 bathrooms, a spacious open concept kitchen, living and dining area - plus a quaint reading corner, secondary living room, utility room with a washer and dryer & much more!
Whether you're traveling with family, a group of friends, or looking for a romantic getaway with tons of space, we know you will LOVE this home.
Guests have the choice of two Master Suites and two guest bedrooms. The first Master Suite features a roomy King size bed, large flat screen TV, large walk-in closet and a quiet private balcony. The en-suite bathroom has an oversized soaking tub, plus a walk-in shower. The second Master suite encompasses the entire 3rd floor, features a cozy King bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower and its own balcony as well. Guests also have the choice of a third bedroom, equipped with a Queen size bed, flat screen TV and attached bathroom, or the fourth guest bedroom, featuring two bunk beds with full size bottom bunks and twin size top bunks. The fourth bedroom also has an attached bathroom with walk-in shower and a massive flat screen TV. Its the perfect room for kids, teens or young adults!
We know you won't want to leave this beautiful house, but if you can, the private beach access is just steps from your door.

This is a great property for a family vacation. Very clean, well appointed and roomy. The area is quiet and well secured. There are a lot of stairs, so not recommended for people who have a problem with that, but it wasn't a problem for the seven of us. Very enjoyable experience, and we'll probably return.
The perfect escape from the city!

The house is tremendous, the beach is great and my 4 kids enjoyed very much, that of course they didn't wanted to leave the house, we hope come back soon.

The house is very nice, beautifully decorated and clean. It had everything we needed in it and there was plenty of space for the whole extended family. We loved playing at the beach, swimming in the pool and coming home to a pleasant, comfortable house. We will be back next year.

We enjoyed our stay in South Padre. The SPI team made sure we were taken care of for the duration of our stay. The house was clean and well stocked with bath and beach towels as well as kitchen appliances and beach gear. The gas grill, picnic table and chairs on the back patio were a great bonus. We would definitely stay in this house again. The easy access to the beach and pool were fantastic and if you have a group of kids or teenagers with you, the one bedroom on the second floor is perfect!
