We invite you and your guests to stay at this wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, private home featuring two stories. Your front door opens up to a lovely sitting area, followed by the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen comes fully stocked with dish and cookware, as well as all appliances, including a dishwasher and refrigerator with a built-in ice maker. The dining room has seating for 6, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. <br />
The first guest bedroom is also on the ground floor and features a Queen size bed. Directly next to the guest room is a full bathroom with a tub-shower combination for guests. <br />

Just upstairs you'll find a open living area, with lots of natural lighting, a flat screen TV and a mini wet bar for extra convenience. You and your guests can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the large north facing balcony, just off the living area. The second guest bedroom is also located upstairs, equipped with a Full size bed, along with a second guest bathroom and your Master suite. The Master features a King size bed, television and en-suite bathroom with an oversized soaking tub. <br />

Swordfish you and your guests can spend the day or evening in your private and beautifully landscaped back yard, featuring a BBQ Grill, or going out on the town to all of the shops, restaurants, amusements or entertainment venues, all conveniently located just minutes from your door.
