We invite you and your guests to stay at this wonderful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom private home featuring two stories, a private sparkling pool, and a relaxing hot tub.<br />
Your front door opens to a lovely sitting area, followed by the dining room and fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with dishware, cookware, and all major appliances, including a dishwasher and refrigerator with a built-in ice maker. The dining room seats six comfortably, with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar.<br />

The first guest bedroom is also on the ground floor and features two queen-size beds. Directly next to the guest room is a full bathroom with a tub-shower combination.<br />
Upstairs, you&rsquo;ll find a bright and open living area with plenty of natural light, a flat-screen TV, and a convenient mini wet bar. Step outside to the large north-facing balcony&mdash;perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The second guest bedroom is also located upstairs with a full-size bed, along with a second guest bathroom and the Master Suite. The Master features a king-size bed, television, and an en-suite bathroom with an oversized soaking tub.<br />
