Property Description
Welcome to Lakeshore Cabin A
Lakeshore Cabin A is a charming, intimate retreat tucked on three private acres of towering pines, a cherry orchard, and epic views of Flathead Lake. This perfect escape is equipped with a queen bed, kitchen, full bathroom, and a screened in porch overlooking the lake. Step outside with your morning coffee as the mist lifts off the water, or settle in on the porch at golden hour while looking out to Finley Point where the sunsets are nothing short of legendary.
As a guest of the Cabin, you'll have shared access to the property's private beach, dock, fire pit, and sprawling grounds. Bald eagles cruise the shoreline, deer wander the orchard at dusk, and evenings end around a shared fire pit, creating memories of a lifetime. This is Montana in its truest form.
Please note: the Lakeshore Main House, a separate home on this same property, is also independently available for rent. Other guests booking the Main House may be present on the property and sharing the beach, dock, fire pit, and grounds during your stay.
Interested in booking the whole property for privacy? Check out Lakeshore Haven, which includes both the Cabin and the Main House.
Summer
When the snow melts, the Flathead Valley transforms into a playground of lakes, trails, and endless Montana sunshine. Spend your days on Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi, swimming, boating, paddleboarding, and kayaking right from your own private beach and dock. Just a short drive away, Glacier National Park beckons with the legendary Going-to-the-Sun Road, Lake McDonald, and over 70 incredible day hikes. Closer to home, soak in the charm of downtown Polson — a welcoming lakeside town with local shops, waterfront dining, the historic Polson-Flathead Historical Museum, and stunning views of the lake and Mission Mountains at every turn. Outdoor lovers can explore the Flathead Lake State Park units nearby, cast a line on the Flathead River, tee off at Polson Country Club's acclaimed golf course, or catch a summer performance at the Port Polson Players theater. And when the day winds down, there is nowhere better to watch the sun sink behind the Mission Mountains than right here on the western shore of Skidoo Bay.
