LOCATION 
This home is located in the heart of downtown Flagstaff, a vibrant area known for its nightlife. While noise machines and ear protection are provided, the lively atmosphere may be noticeable. 

WINDOWS 
The windows in this historic home are non-operable to preserve its unique charm. Please do not attempt to open them. 

ESSENTIALS PROVIDED 
We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests.
Additionally, we provide paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap.
While we often have condiments and coffee available, we cannot guarantee their availability. 

HOUSE RULES 
This home is best suited for professional, adult gatherings. 
The minimum age requirement is 25 years old. 
No pets allowed. 
No smoking is permitted on the property. 
No parties or events are allowed. 
A rental contract must be signed and submitted after reservation confirmation. 
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax. 
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

SECURITY 
For your safety, there are three exterior security cameras and lights on the property. 
One camera views the door and back fence. 
One camera views the parking lot. 
One camera views the alley. 
There are no noise decibel monitors on this property.

We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.  We’d much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.
