Sleeping arrangements
This oceanfront retreat accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. On the third floor, three ocean-facing bedrooms open directly onto the balcony. The primary king suite includes its own ensuite bathroom, while two queen bedrooms share a hallway bath. On the ground floor, younger guests can spread out in the bunkroom featuring two full/twin bunks with trundles, alongside a media space with a 60+ inch TV and sectional sofa. A separate king bedroom on this level offers deck access and a quieter place to recharge.

Outdoor living
The 60-foot oceanfront balcony is the heart of the home, perfect for sipping coffee as the sun rises or watching dolphins pass at dusk. A newly built beachfront deck with comfortable seating makes it easy to spend hours outdoors. Guests also have direct beach access and the convenience of beach essentials for time in the sand.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker makes shared meals simple. Two dining tables, each seating eight, provide space for gathering, while a breakfast bar for four offers a casual spot for snacks or morning coffee. Barbecue utensils and a BBQ grill are also available for cooking outside.

Comfort & amenities
Inside, you’ll find Smart TVs, cable TV, wifi, and a dedicated workspace. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with a washer, dryer, and extra pillows and blankets. Ceiling fans, air conditioning, and heating ensure comfort year-round. For safety, the home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher.

Practical details
Free parking for up to three cars is available on site, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Please note that shampoo is not included.
