The space
Set within a 1922 duplex, this downstairs unit offers a private, self-contained stay with its own entrance and no interior connection to the upstairs unit. You’ll have your own space indoors, while the outdoor areas reflect the shared nature of the property. This is renting just the downstairs unit, in which the backyard is now shared with the upstairs unit. Each unit sleeps 4 guests, or 8 when the full property (Cordova A+B) is rented together.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms each feature a queen bed, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. A full bathroom with a bathtub and bathroom essentials supports a relaxed and easy stay.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare meals during your stay, whether it’s a simple breakfast before heading out or a quiet dinner at home. A dining table provides space to gather and enjoy meals together.

Outdoor living
