Wall-to-wall glass doors open to a private balcony with bar-height seating and Sunbrella cushions, overlooking the beach, pool, and courtyard. Inside, the living area features a leather sectional and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with custom cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare meals at home.<br />

The master bedroom has a King bed with a Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress and a private bathroom with a glass walk-in shower. A Queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows the unit to sleep four guests comfortably. When you aren&#39;t at the shore, the kids can splash in our two sparkling pools (one is even heated from October through March) while you fire up the grill in our spacious tropical gardens. &nbsp;You&rsquo;re also just minutes away from Okaloosa Island&rsquo;s best family fun. Take a short trip to the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park to see the dolphins, catch a sunset at the Okaloosa Island Pier, or let the kids run wild at Wild Willy&rsquo;s Adventure Zone. <strong>Parking: </strong>&nbsp; We provide ample covered parking in our multi-level garage with a direct access to the first, third, and fourth floors. &nbsp;Up to 2 parking spaces are available for this unit.<br />

<strong>Food: </strong>&nbsp; A convenience store is just a 2-minute walk away for quick essentials. For full grocery runs, you&rsquo;re just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe and Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free. &nbsp;Local dining options are just a short distance from the property. The Gulf is a popular waterfront spot known for its fresh seafood and outdoor seating. Stewby&rsquo;s Seafood Shanty is a local favorite for affordable fish tacos, while Asiago&rsquo;s Skillet is the go-to choice for breakfast. For a casual meal with a view, Rockin Tacos sits right on the beach, and Old Bay Steamer offers steamed seafood platters. Sea Dunes provides a central location to enjoy the best of the coast. &nbsp;<br />
<br />
<strong>Beach Service:</strong> &nbsp;One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. &nbsp;The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. &nbsp;You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. &nbsp;Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. &nbsp;Private chairs and canopies up to 10&#39;x10&#39; are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view. &nbsp;<br />
<br />
<strong>Pool: &nbsp;</strong>There is one large beachfront pool with lounging deck at the resort. &nbsp;A portion of the pool is divided for heating during cooler weather. &nbsp;Pools are heated only as needed to maintain a tenable level, which is typically to a water temperature between 68-75℉.</span></div>
