The primary suite features a plush king bed, a private full bath, and a smart TV for winding down after a day in the sun. For additional guests, the custom hallway bunk beds are built to accommodate both children and adults, while a sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra space for two.<br />

The heart of the home is a sleek, modern kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, fully equipped for everything from quick beach snacks to full family meals. Step through the living area to your private balcony, where a high-top table and chairs overlook the pool, the rolling dunes, and the Gulf&mdash;perfect for enjoying the sea breeze. To make your stay even more effortless, a set of two beach chairs and an umbrella are set up daily for you from March through October. This beachfront resort provides every guest with a view of the Gulf and the pool from a private balcony. Located on the white sand of the Emerald Coast, the resort is minutes away from activities like parasailing, snorkeling, and deep-sea fishing, with the attractions of Destin also nearby.<br />

The property features tropical landscaping and a beachside pool. Guests have access to a hot tub, a fitness center, and a BBQ grilling area. Boardwalks provide a direct path to the beach, where seasonal service often includes chairs and umbrellas. Each condo includes a full kitchen, separate bedrooms, and an in-unit washer and dryer. As a guest of Sunset Resort Rentals, you will receive a starter pack with essentials such as toiletries, laundry and dish detergent, paper towels, and trash bags.<br />

Families can find plenty of entertainment close to the resort as well. The Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park offers marine life exhibits and animal shows just down the road. The Okaloosa Island Pier is a popular spot for fishing or walking, located near Wild Willy&rsquo;s Adventure Zone. You can also book dolphin cruises or snorkeling tours departing from the nearby Destin Harbor.<br />

<strong>Food:</strong> &nbsp; For groceries, you&rsquo;re just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe or nearby Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free. &nbsp;Dining options within a short distance - Stewby&rsquo;s Seafood Shanty is known for fresh seafood and their catch of the day, while Old Bay Steamer offers steamed seafood platters and steaks. The Shack is a waterfront spot for crabs and seafood plates, and Vincenzo&rsquo;s Italian Bistro features Italian cuisine and a bar area. Within walking distance, Beachview Breakfast and Grill and Asiago&rsquo;s Skillet are available for morning meals.<br />

<strong>Beach Service: &nbsp;</strong>One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. &nbsp;The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. &nbsp;You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. &nbsp;Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. &nbsp;Private chairs and canopies up to 10&#39;x10&#39; are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view. &nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
<br />
<strong>Pool:</strong> &nbsp;The resort has a moderate-size ocean-front gated pool and hot tub which is open year-round. &nbsp;The pool is heated only as needed to maintain a tenable level, which is typically to a water temperature between 68-75℉</span>.&nbsp;</div>
